Rayna cook some great breakfast. Super nice and very friendly. Lots to choose from, and super filling. The rooms was also super nice and clean. All of the staff was very friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to staying again next year.
This property is one of the best I have stayed in. The staff is very friendly and professional. Ms. Reyna, who manages the breakfast buffet, is the sweetest lady who means it when she says, "Good Morning!" Another shout-out to the best housekeeping lady, Ms. Latonya, who is great, caring, and kept my room spotless. Thank you all.
Breakfast host Reyna was very friendly. Was nice to see smiling person every morning. Also breakfast itself was simple but sufficient, warm croissant with egg and ham, or sausage and egg fritata, etc.
Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Rooms come with cooking utensils and a small kitchen. Hotel is more designed for guests that are on business and will be out and about during the day. I had a nice encounter with Ms. Loria and her smile perked up my day. I will likely stay here again if I am back for business.
Eggs, quiche, waffles, fruit, muffins. A great selection and Breakfast is always better with a wonderfully gifted hostess. Fluent in 5 languages. Amazing! Thanks Reyna for taking care of the guests here!
I arrived at this property on a Thursday at 6pm to stay 3 nights. Upon arrival there was no one there. I rang the bell, still no one. Then some guy comes by and says he's upstairs. 15 minutes later, finally the staff shows up to let me into my room. This is poor staffing by Marriott if only one staff is on duty to handle a property this size. Then two days later, I started trying to call the front desk for the lack of towels in our room and a shower door malfunctioning. Over the course of two hours I tried to dial them four different times and no one would answer. After the fourth I finally dialed from an outside line and amazingly (and interestingly) they actually answered the phone. It sure seemed they were just ignoring internal calls. We come to Shreveport every year for an event. We will not be returning to this property which makes me question Marriott brand altogether.…
This place was very nice and comfortable the beds were comfortable the breakfast area was awesome Reyna did a great job taking care of us while we were there in the morning for breakfast, if I ever come back to Shreveport this is where I would stay :)
Served by Reyna - very friendly and accommodating. "Service with a smile". Front desk also very helpful and friendly - packed house but she did all she could to make our stay comfortable. The room was also quiet and convenient to grass for our pet.
The room was spotless and well appointed for an extended stay. The small staff was friendly and gracious. There was construction going on across the street, but the street was clean and we never heard any noise inside of the hotel.
Where do I start! So we were set to move in our new home on the 1st of may and couldn’t because of an infestation and was kicked to the streets with a 8 month old baby with no guidance as to where we would go or how we would even afford a hotel stay until we could find another place to live. No help from the apartment complex at all to accommodate our hotel stay or out of pocket expenses. So after talking with my wife our daughter was the most important focus to us and getting her somewhere close to a homelike setting, we decided to book the Marriott for 2 weeks. Although it put a huge dent in the little savings we did have, I couldn’t be more pleased as comforted through this time than my experience at the Marriott in Shreveport. Excellent and diligent staff, REYNA’s friendly personality and delicious breakfast, soft and cozy beds (the best bed I have ever slept in) def will try to find this type of bed for our new home), and much much more. All in all 10000000 stars. I literally told my wife that although we were dealt a horrible hand with being homeless until an apartment was available, I told her I wish we could just pay rent and stay at this hotel lol. Thanks Marriott will recommend your hotel to anyone and will choose no other hotel for our getaway stays. Thanks so much. Truly a blessing to have your staff and hotel comfort us throughout this time !…
