Wouldn't stay anywhere else the staff is what make this place AMAZING!!! The staff from the time you literally enter the parking lot will make you feel like you are so important... super clean, food was great and people always helping. The staff was willing to go out of their way to make sure everyone is having the best time and stay. Smiles from all staff don't know how you would be able to have a bad day around all these loving people!!!! Thank you so so so much to all staff! Special thanks to: EMA and RYAN for always being on top all our needs STEPHANIE for making the morning so bright and delicious :) ZABRIEL for constantly maintaining the hotel and BARBARA because every time I saw she was cleaning something May God bless you all! My wife and I stayed here for one night on our road trip and chose this hotel for the #1 travler rating. Our room was ready on our arrival just prior to the check in time. We loved the size of our room and the cleanliness. The bed was decent but creaky. There was ample lighting and the water pressure was strong. The black-out drapes did the job. Fitness Room: 2 of the 3 treadmills didn't work (speed didn't increase). They offered free weights, ellipticals and towels. They had a laundry room at a cost of $1.50 per load. There were a few things that could use some improvement.... The lighting to the exterior of the hotel is non-existent. On the drive to the hotel at night we passed by other hotels where it's easy to pull into the entrance because they were nicely lit. The floors in the room stayed constantly slick because of a lack of exhaust I'm guessing. …

I liked the layout of my room, and it was very comfortable for my taste. The suite included a mini kitchen and two let out sofas. I prefer a tub when I stay at hotels but the shower was decent. A bit subpar though. Nysheka, Clarissa and Prentiss were very kind, and excited to help me when I came to the desk. I appreciate them anticipating my needs and making sure my stay was peaceful, as I was in town to bury my father. They made a sad visit very peaceful.

This was a top notch hotel ! The staff was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was in tip top shape .I’ve been in a lot of hotels over the years and I have ran into a lot of issues but the hotel was over the top ! Wonderful stay ! When a hotel stay makes you smile that has something to say about it .

I own a travel agency & I had the privilege of staying at this hotel. Belinda & Sheka were simply amazing! The room was clean and I felt safe going in & out at night. This property is a hidden gem! We accidentally left my mom's medication and Belinda made sure we got it through FedEx! I will definitely recommend this property to anyone who will listen! My clients who travel to Shreveport will definitely be staying there.

Hotel was extremely clean and the continential hot breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning. Staff memebers Cheryl, Belinda, Tammie, Lisa and Ursula was very helpful during my 2 week stay on business.

Every year when I travel across country I have stayed here. This time was very disappointing. I will first say the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because Belinda at the front desk was so nice and helpful to me when I was checking out and was sincerely apologetic for my stay. Her customer service was amazing and she wrote down everything I was telling her. Now, the room when I walked in had a not so nice smell. The sink in the kitchen smelled like something had crawled in the drain and died. The carpet was not clean and I found dirty clothes probably from another guest previously in the closet and dresser draw. The biggest thing of them all was the shower because everyone loves a nice hot shower when you’ve been traveling all day. The shower was stopped up so bad the standing water filled up because the tub was clogged. Hoping this was just a bad one this time and will enjoy staying there again.…

Clarissa was so sweet! We felt Louisiana's Southern charm from her warm greeting. We arrived on a Wednesday, and there was a dinner reception there! The gumbo was so delicious! The room was amazing, and it even had a ceiling fan above the bed which I appreciated! Everything was clean and comfortable. Even the baby crib we required was a lovely, solid piece of furniture, and it was delivered to our room in a timely manner. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had! I highly recommend the biscuits! The view, the building, the pool, everything was so beautiful. Just wow!

The hotel was very nice and modern, and the staff from check-in to check-out was excellent. Great customer service! The hotel was also easy to find and easily accessible to the interstate. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend this hotel to others.
