It's not what I expected for a 5 star TripAdvisor , Bedroom was attached to the main kitchen area . With the view of the garden that's shown I was told contractors were in the room in the morning and later that night I saw them sleeping on mattress in the dining area I booked and paid for 3 nights...

Peter and Sharon made us feel so welcome it is A lovely place to stay. We were given a large room with a beautiful en-suite. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was gorgeous. The train station is 5 minute walk away and we were in the centre of Liverpool in 20 minutes.

Last minute accommodation requirement to cater for LFC game at Anfield and catch-up with friends in Kirkby. The hosts, Peter, Sharron and Kim (smiling and gentle resident dog) were brilliantly accommodating from the get-go. Very friendly hosts but nothing like what the pictures on the web site. Comfy bed Lots of good reviews off other guests praising this B&B all mention a home from home feeling. For us it didn't suit obviously it seems it does for others

We've stayed at this B and B on 3 separate occasions now, I wouldn't stay anywhere els, Sharon the owner couldn't do enough for us, it's home from home, fantastic food, very very helpful, we took my granddaughter she loved it, even made a little friend of Sharon's granddaughter, I was recovering from a broken leg when we arrived this...

The best, friendly and homely b & b in the area. Close to the main routes A580 and M62 for travellers. Come and go as you please. Helpfull proprietors Sharrow and Peter cannot do enough to to make you feel welcomed.

Lovely bed and breakfast. Friendly proprietors and residents. Felt like part of the family. Very accommodating over us getting back late at night, nice room with everything we could need and more. Central to Kirkby with off street parking in a very quiet close. Particularly fell in love with kimmy the dog. Thank you for a great stay.

Was made to feel very welcome by Peter + Sharon. It is home from home, clean, comfatable, friendly, helpful + excellent b'fast. Peter even drove us to friends house who we were visiting. Would recommend + would happily stay again
