Diamond Jacks in Bossier City charges $9.99 per night for access to the internet. Other than that, the room was OK. The AC didn't work in the first one that we were booked into, but the staff quickly moved us to another one. We will be looking for another place to stay for future trips to the area.

Terrible experience no wonder all casino hotels were booked on a weekend except diamond jacks. The manager said they were having housekeeping issues and we found slippers under the sheets. They gave us a ten dollar discount as an apology for a 160 dollar room. And we're rude as can be.

The room still has the old "Isle of Capri" decor. Mildew in shower. Coffe pot & hair dryer did not work. No bath towels. Called front desk twice to request towels. Front desk was rude. At check in they placed a $100. room security deposit on my credit card. I am going to monitor to make sure we are not...

I travel anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks out of each month and experience different hotels throughout the US. This, by leaps and bounds, has been the absolute worse. The Good: Comfortable and relaxing bathtub after a long day. The Bad: When checking in to my room for the first night, I found the room door ajar. Problem...this particular door...

First, I have never posted a negative comment about a hotel as I tend to be pretty flexible and forgiving. I felt that I and my elderly mother and uncle we treated like children during our stay. There are so many "rules lists", we had a hard time keeping track. The worst was when my mother and I were sitting...

The Good: Brought my company here for a little treat after a long business trip. The rooms were large and clean and well equipped with soap, shampoo coffee etc. Beds were nice. The spa tub was a nice touch. The towels are great. Check in went fairly well but asking for a $100 deposit per room was an unnecessary surprise....

On tuesday they put a false alarm in the whole hotel at 3:30 of the morning! My daughter was trembling with terror the rest of the time we spent there and they forced us to leave the room. When we asked the security guard what was going on, he just said get back to your locations in a nasty voice....

I booked this hotel because it states its a 4 star hotel. Far from being a four star, Drove 6 hours to get to this hotel, arrived about 11pm,waited inline to check in, while I was waiting the lady behind me said she was checking out because she just killed 3 roaches in her room.I was hesitant from that point, but...

The rooms in this hotel have a late eighties design. Old a very outdated. There was black hair all over the bathroom which was evidence that it had not been cleaned properly after the last guest. The staff were cranky and the only person I encountered that smiled was in the restaurant. The person serving in the bar was rude...

Filthy room. Had one hanger in the closet. I called at 3 pm for additional hangers. It is now 6pm, and after two calls to the so called managers, I still have not recieved any. Staff is rude. I am so disgusted I found another hotel that has a room and I am leaving this dump! I am checking out...
