We stayed here during our trip through Kentucky and it was worth it! Its kind of tucked in behind a gas station right off the interstate so it was a little hard to find. The rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was also delicious.

Excellent staff, Southern Hospitality for sure. Jeremy was great, friendly and helpful with regard to local offerings. Very innovative breakfast-a very nice staff member would take your order and get it for you. Very clean, nice rooms. Close to Louisville and area attractions.

I was passing through the area on my way to see family in Missouri and stayed here for one night - and was very pleased with my stay. The front desk was awesome and our rooms were so clean. Definitely the best Hampton we have ever stayed at - will definitely stay here again the next time we pass through.

All in all a nice hotel. Breakfast is ok, but no room cleaning was done within a 4 das stay. Sorry, the Rates are somewhere between $120 and $155 a night. One would think that this money should include some room service:-). Very noisy during the weekends

My family and I travel a lot for leisure. We have stayed in hotels across the country. Our budget is always around $70-$130 a night. At this price point, this is by far the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Super clean. Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast (as good as a restaurant). You won’t find a better place in this area!

I really wanted to give this hotel an excellent review and was planning to until we went down to breakfast. We came to this hotel after leaving another close hotel we had planned to stay at. We were pleasantly greeted by the woman at the counter and the hotel looked and smelled very nice. I didn't get the woman's name but she was very helpful and really went over and above to make us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Would have liked the pool to be open longer than 9. (this is the reason we didn't make reservations at this hotel when planning out trip. We had called, and when we heard the pool closed at 9 we went elsewhere. BUT we still ended up at this one) Beds were great and room was clean and quiet. Breakfast looked like it WAS spectacular. But only if you got there early apparently. We went down with half hour left of "breakfast time". Everything was gone and nothing was refilled. Empty bowls, drink pitchers, hot trays, etc. The kitchen staff was in the kitchen and did not make an appearance on their own at all. A few people asked them for things and when asked they obliged but only would refill what was asked of them. It did not seem that the problem was running out of items because they opened a bag of eggs upon request from a guest and made another pitcher of apple juice for another guest. Kitchen staff were not helpful or courteous at all and should have been out there refilling and cleaning as most other hotels do. Food was all over the floors and tables were not wiped ever. The beautiful unique dining area was trashed and staff did nothing. As the ending time for breakfast approached the staff was watching their clocks and the second the time changed they came out finally just to close the doors to the food. There were still guests sitting and eating at this time but the doors closed quickly with no notice. As soon as the doors closed it was obvious what the staff's mind was really on. Not helping guests but feeding themselves. Many staff members starting swarming in to eat. Suddenly it seemed there was food for all. But unfortunately not for the guests who were there in plenty of time to actually eat breakfast during the "breakfast time". I am really hoping that what we experienced was just an off day with rude staff who didn't want to serve their guests and that hopefully it is normally a very good breakfast. What could have been a great stay was ruined by the lazy rude staff at breakfast.

We paid $184 for a room not worth $75. The room was musty, the beds uncomfortable and the overall value very low. The housekeeping team was amazing but there’s only so much lipstick they can put on a pig. The breakfast team jumped through hoops to be helpful. The problem: the front desk team and the building itself. It’s deplorable, a real loser for Hilton.

I stayed here overnight and the room was clean and everything worked well. The breakfast was the usual but it was good. The elevators ran well. The room rate was very reasonable for what we needed. I’d stay here again.

Very clean, modern and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Was told it was 3 years old but looked brand new. Felt it was a little pricey but have not stayed in a nice place for awhile. Close to Louisville and area had major volleyball tournaments going on and most places were sold out.

If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Road noise from interstate is unbearable. You will need ear plugs for sure. Everything else was very good . New hotel, friendly staff and very clean. Close to the outlet mall and several restaurants close by.
