The Gateway was located in a great section of the city...we could walk to restaurants and the main center of town. The B@B was full of antiques and the pictures on the walls were very interesting. Ken and Sally were the sweetest couple..We enjoyed sitting and chatting with them. Our room *Nancy Room was beautiful , very comfortable queen size... More

My husband and I stayed at Gateway B&B for two nights as part of our summer vacation, which was a road trip across Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky to visit interesting historical, haunted, unique, mysterious and off-the-beaten path type places. The Inn was welcoming, incredibly decorated and spotlessly clean. We stayed in the Nancy Room, which was small, but it... More

My wife and I stayed at the Gateway B&B earlier this month. We stayed in the Henry Schriver Room. It was our anniversary, and we live fairly hectic lives, so we wanted to spend a relaxed, quiet, pleasant & romantic evening together. The Gateway was a very good choice. The house is spotless, and our room was nicely appointed, spacious,... More

We stayed there a couple weeks ago. We had the Nancy room for three nights. Not fancy, but very nice. Well-maintained. Breakfast was just what we needed: variety and great taste. Pricing was spot on. It's probably a half mile walk to the Newport Aquarium and less for other places of interest. Neighborhood homes are interesting to look at, too.... More

The Gateway bed and breakfast is beautiful inside and out. Ken has restored the house perfectly and even entertained us on the player piano. Sandy fixed a delicious breakfast which included the most wonderful orange flavored French toast. Couldn't ask for a nicer or more comfortable place to stay in northern KY.
