We stayed at this location one night. Perfect location near the river. We were able to walk over to the levee area, the purple walk-over bridge, and the general area with historic buildings. Easy walking to the Peace Bell, and historic downtown area of Newport. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Early breakfast was basic.

This hotel is very clean and fresh. Daily room cleaning is available at request due to COVID. We opted to get fresh towels from the front desk and it was fine. I failed to get the woman’s name (likely a manager) who seemed to be on call 24/7 at the front check-in desk. She was exceptionally friendly and accommodating and truly wanted our stay to be enjoyable. In addition, we encountered our floor room attendant and he was courteous and greeted us with a smile and also seemed to enjoy his job. The staff here are an added bonus to a comfy hotel in a great location for a variety of off-site activities.

We think the hotel is in a perfect location with so much to do within walking distance at Newport on the Levee - Newport's Premier Entertainment Area - from Casual to Classy Dining, Strolling on the River Walk to a Movie Night Out or attending a concert at the new Promo West Concert Pavilion at Ovations right behind the hotel! We are also within walking distance to B&B Riverboats that offers daily dining cruises and sightseeing excursions. We brought our 14 month old here for one night and had a great stay! The staff was all super nice and welcoming and the hotel/room was very clean. The view of the city from our window was awesome! The breakfast was just ok. Would recommend staying here!

We have stayed at many hotels on or near the Levee visiting family. This is our favorite. The hotel is immaculate, beds comfortable, good breakfast, and friendly staff. I especially like the secure parking area (fence with many flood lights) and the fact you must use your key card to access the elevator! Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Prepaid for the room online. At check in they claimed the charge didn’t go through. In the end my partner and I got double charged on 2 separate cards. We’ve tried to get this refunded for months to no avail, spending hours on the phone with customer service giving us the runaround. Would never do business with them again.
