We had a lot of fun staying here with friends..safe and clean! Make sure to bring shoes for showers. Enjoy nature with beautiful views of CAVE RUN! Great place to run or walk! Plus they offer educational demonstrations for the kids.

We camp here several times per year, beautiful surroundings, most trails are kept up nicely and most sites are in good condition . This time we had Site # A 29 and the edge of the blacktop was broken off in the driveway, ( nice way to break an ankle ) . We usually try to buy a few bundles...

I have been camping for many years at this campground. It is my favorite. As far as the campground it's beauty is unmatched. I do wish they would upgrade the sites and have more electric sites and water available. Most of the campground is first come first serve, even though a few loops can be reserved.

All of the sites in this Campground are large with plenty of trees and shade. The bath houses are very nice and well-maintained. There are only two loops able to be reserved that actually have electric in all of the spots. Those loops are C&H. I would caution about arriving late to the unreservable loops. There were only a handful...

In general, the campsite was nice. The restroom facilities were located nearby and it was relatively easy to find. Unfortunately, that is really where the positive aspects of this trip really end. My family was meeting some friends and family at this campground so they rented three sites and we met them on Friday 7/29. There was some confusion when...

Love this campground!!! We go every year as a family with around 40 people or so. Check in is seamless, campsites are clean, Rangers check in and are friendly, bath houses are cleaned multiple times a day. Can't wait until next year to stay again.

I was driving with the goal of another locale and stopped just to sleep and leave. I arrived just before dusk and was greeted at the gate and directed by a very friendly staff member to my reserved campsite. The site (C006) was very level, quiet and fairly private from the other sites. The drive is narrow but maneuverable and...

Stumbled on Twin Knobs in an effort to escape the uncertainty of camping during the month of May in Michigan. One important item for people making reservations at Twin Knobs is that they cannot transfer you to another site or cancel at the office. We needed to leave a day early and tried 4 days before our departure and was...

The sites are all very spacious and many are very private. The fall colors are beautiful if you go in October. There are double sites which have 2 picnic tables for larger groups or families. There are also premium sites with views of Cave Run Lake which are very pretty. The only downside is that none o the sites are...

First time in twin knobs. Sites were well spaced and in great shape. Large fire pits, clean, solid tables on each site. The bathhouses are family houses so you can clean up with your family. Not as clean as I hoped but nothing disgusting. Recommend doing the observatory trail.
