We stayed for a week in Sanctoo and it was amazing-- they have scheduled activities you can experience. We booked for the Elephant Mud Fun and it was the best ever! The villa is spacious and it was enchanting going into the villa! Nurtured plants, lovely animals in the zoo, & Excellent concierges! I just wanna suggest they improve airconditioning in the villa and add e-fans in the lobby and restaurant.

I and my familly had spent time for celebrate my princess,s birthday. upon check in welcome by warms smile from front desk staff. The General Manager Bapak Putra Subali also meet me and welcoming at the Lobby with very humble. the room is very clean, and with luxury design, combination colour with wall and furniture. from lobby until room already following health protocols. we stay at room with pool access. sitting in the balcony while seeing our kids in the pool. the place really nice surrounding and peaceful. we had dinner at the restaurant with yummy food and friendly service. we got surprice for our little princess birthday. she is really happy and love. so this place we high recommend. see you again and Thank You very much.

We had a pleasant stay in Sanctoo.. Everything was great, the room was big, the environment was so nice and we could go to the bali zoo without any additional cost.. The staffs were also very helpful, special thanks for the front office staffs, they gave late check out and gave my daughter breakfast in our room since she has to attend the online school. Thanks Sanctoo, we'll be back for sure. 🙂

Rooms are very clean, employess are friendly, nice design hotel, it feels homey, walking distance to Bali Zoo. Kids were very happy stayed there for 3 days. We love the swimming pool as well here. Definately will come back. We also had breakfast at Bali Zoo restaurant with Orang Utan 🤩

Other than unlimited access to Bali Zoo, Hotel are clean and well maintained, Eventhough not many choices of breakfast but it was delicious and we can request vegetarian menu for our kids, Free foto session are great and last not the least staff are very friendly and helpful

Excellent service from the staff, and amazing room suite with pool view. Unlimited Free access to Bali Zoo for 2 person. Free photo session at Sanctoo but only get 1 photo for 1 room, if more than that must pay, quite expensive price. Breakfast just ok, not many choices. The air in the main lobby is hot, sweating there. Thank you, Sanctoo.

I visited Sanctoo for celebrating my husband birthday. We booked a package which were inclusive to Animal Feeding at Zoo and Afternoon Tea. My husband and I enjoyed our time very well and pleasant. My highlight appreciation is for Ms. Yuci. She's outstanding and taken care our arrangements prior to arrival, especially my preference and special request. The Front Desk is Ms. Komang and the lady who's escorted us were also very helpful. During birthday celebration at their restaurant was also amazing. Yowin, Cahya, Komang and Ayu were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for this wonderful experience!
