Bedding was old, chair dirty, shower not clean, smelled of smoke. Restaurant is decent and staff tries hard but it's still the worst ramada I've ever stayed at. In fact I left because there was a general feeling of dirtiness about the room. The lobby and restaurant are 10x cleaner than the rooms.

Bugs in room, bath tub didn't have plug so could bath asked for one never did recieve, doors didn't fit door way so had to slam hard to shut it. Pop machines didn't work properly and asked for refund and they had to see it take our money before refunding. Worst place I have ever stayed in.

Location is good, 8 minutes from downtown. Rooms were clean, I have stayed before several times. The house keeping is not so hot. I do not like yelling 3 times that I am fine at 9 am when check out is noon. Each time I have stayed, this has happened please correct this.

There are three of us couples that meet and stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. The entrance has a beautiful sitting area and fireplace. And "Debbie Dean" serves the best hot breakfast around which is free. Good location easy off and on Hwy 71.. Look forward to our next stay.
