This entire experience was amazing. We arrived to a spotless clean room, were welcomed in with great hospitality. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathtub was so big! We also loved the breakfast the bacon and caramel french toast is to die for. All made from scratch.

What makes it special: the building itself is gorgeous. There are little treats left out and tea stations dotted around, plus a table of liqueurs in the lounge for an after-dinner snifter. We had the pleasure of staying in the Attic Suite and, if you can, definitely grab this room (or rather, rooms). It's quite remarkable: a miniature apartment at... More

We traveled to Louisville in early November with friends. We had 4 rooms reserved and each was unique with the most comfortable beds! The rooms were complete with delicious snacks, an assortment of coffees, teas and liqueurs. Breakfast was made to order each morning from a menu with accommodations for dietary concerns. The Inn is decorated with lovely antiques. A... More

We stayed in the Cuppola Room, which is located in the guesthouse. They accommodated us for a late check in on Friday night, the bed was super comfortable and we were able to order breakfast delivered to us in the morning! The bathtub is roomy, with jets and bubbles available. We felt so welcome and at home here, it is... More

This is just a great place to spend time to rest, recharge and pamper yourself. The beds were super comfortable. We stayed in the Hearth room which was one the cookig kitchen. There was a huge fireplace which now is gas. Everything feels high end from the linens, to the soaps and the quality food served at breakfast. The house... More

Every room is a delight. Marsha has addressed each of the senses and thought of every comfort. I have traveled all over the world and this is one of the best. The breakfast is so exciting with baked goods and made to order omelets, waffles, pancakes, and special items each day!

This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and what a great stay it was. Love the history of the Inn. Everyone was very sweet and pleasant. They made us feel at home. Will definitely come back on our next trip down. Thank you for such a great stay.

My wife and I have stayed at the Inn twice now and it is exceptional. We had a problem with booking and after reaching out to Marsha, she went above and beyond to remedy the situation and we are customers for life. We have now stayed in the Hearth Room and the Cupola Room and loved both. The atmosphere is... More
