Stayed here for a weekend in August. Nice, clean, suburban hotel with restaurants and shopping all around and easy access to I-265 and I-71. Common areas were clean. Nice, big lobby with a lot of seating and space for families or groups. We were in a 1 Bedroom 2 room Suite, 1 King, Sofa bed room, which gave the three of us plenty of space. The bedroom was spacious as well. Internet worked well. Plenty of free parking.
I’ve been in this area for over a month, stayed @ 4 different properties & decided to give this property a try because of nearby venues and access to shopping. The hotel exterior and grounds were well-maintained. I like the fact that check in was touchless. The lobby & common areas were clean. I got to my room & was quite disappointed. Carpet was stained, linens were not clean. I had cigarette ashes on my towel along with the smell of cigarette smoke. I don’t think my bed linens were clean either. The comforter had fresh dirt stains (see picture) & had a strong smell of perspiration. Luckily, there were much cleaner linens in the closet so I didn’t demand a room change. Paint was pealing off of the ceiling. The hvac was badly in need of some maintenance. It remained on even when turned off & made an awful noise. I couldn’t get maintenance after 5p. What’s worse, I had to use sanitary wipes to clean the in-room phone because it was so dirty. If other hotels in the area weren’t so booked, I’d be out of here. I pray that management does something about this.…
Booked room on Booking.com mainly for the hot tub which no longer exists. Not necessarily hotel’s fault but very disappointing. Hotel is run down and dingy which is our biggest complaint. One coffee packet in room, zero towels, coffee maker still had old grinds, and the carpet and sofa are very stained and disgusting in room. Breakfast is minimal and coffee was gone. King room is good size and bed was decent. We wouldn’t stay here again and are very disappointed at what we’re paying for what we’re getting.
I recently had a very positive stay at this hotel. I arrived late in the evening and the lady at the counter couldn’t have been any nicer or more accommodating. My room was 212. The room was spotless. There were a few small stains on the carpet and getting the shower to work was a bit tricky. Both very minor issues. The hotel sits behind another and you can drive past it and not see it but it’s not a problem. Plenty of places around to eat and surprisingly quiet. Fully recommend.
We stayed here on the way to Missouri! Nice, clean place! Victor greeted us at the desk and check-in was virtually contactless. They had pick up breakfast items for us. Rooms were nice but we did have some stomping children running down the halls late at night!
I had booked two nights at this hotel through priceline for February 28 and check out March 1. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very pretty very sweet girl at the front desk who really made me feel welcomed. I was assigned room 201 which was mostly clean but a little worn especially the sofa. It wasn’t the biggest room but it was adequate for me as I was there for business unfortunately my son became ill and I had to rush home to get him from my ex so I lost out on one night stay. But the same beautiful girl was working the front desk when I checked out on the 29th at around 1 o’clock. We end up talking a long time about our kids and life and she was by far the sweetest girl I’ve met in a long time and is definitely a bonus for the courtyard. And let her know that there’s a guy in Cincinnati that would love to take her out And get to know her better, if that guy won’t put a ring on her finger because she really is a sweet and caring person. I would definitely stay at the hotel again especially at the price paid for at priceline. It is convenient to a lot of area shopping and restaurants and attractions…
Our room is ok. Internet good. It is clean and nicely decorated—hence two stars. Fridge doesn’t get things cold and from what I’ve read from other reviews, the ice machine hasn’t worked in a long time. But the coldest thing is the reception: the gentleman there could not care less about problems of guests. We are here tonight. (1/6-7) No working ice machine and fridge does not get cold. Called front desk: answer: 1-Our fridges are not like other fridges, they do not get real cold (huh?) and 2-ice machine will get fixed tomorrow (this must be told to everyone as I see from other reviews it hasn’t worked for a long time). I was also told we could use their fridge behind desk. I’m wondering why we would want to do that as we chose this hotel partly because it had a fridge for the convenience of having a fridge in our room. Will not stay here again.…
Although the hotel is bit old but things are good including the services! Only thing is need to clean and renew the shower. Location is good for me to pass by going to Nashville! Next to the highway so it is very convenient.
Came here with my girlfriend for the GIE Expo. Stayed two days. We are younger bussiness owners, and had no problems with being taken seriously. Which can become a problem. I had a great time, everything is new and clean. Great service. I love this place. There food is awesome! There’s a Starbucks there, that I utilized every breakfast, and dinner. The location of the hotel is so Nice. I prefer the area more then downtown Louisville. Everything you would ever need is super close. Panera bread is a 2 min walk, and every shop or restaurant you need is within a 10 minute drive. Awesome front desk staff and great restaurant staff!!! Roads are awesome over here too, I was able to enjoyed my mustang while here Thanks so much staff!
Traveling thru & chose here, very nice & clean as you would expect. Lots of any type of shopping & restaurants nearby. Location works great too with 265 right here to cross river without toll. King Room not too big but nicely appointed with fridge etc. nice & quiet off the street. Would stay again
