I am a coordinator for a Special Olympics group and recently (3/10-3/12/2017) took our group to this hotel for the weekend of our basketball state tournament. I stayed at the Red Carpet the other day and the rooms are shocking everything has been remodeled..the atmosphere is so much better. This is where I am going to stay everytime I come to Louisville. We have stayed here in the past the people have had to work very hard to make a change like this any negative review...

The rooms are dated. The grounds are also dated with very little to offer outside of the room. Average rating on cleanliness. Not a very good clientele. Noticed that the local police made there rounds through the parking lot about every hour.

property is very dated. Upon first entering the room we flipped on the light switch which turned on the refrigerator and microwave. Neither of the first two lights we came to functioned. The air conditioner was relatively loud, but this did drown out the highway noise. The shower head was mounted so low that I had to duck down to...

My family and I had been on the road all day and arrived in Louisville around 11pm. My nephew recommended this since it was near his house. Very clean, and very friendly staff. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Rooms were up to date and it had a clean bathroom, which is important to our family.

I made reservations a month early for 2 nights non smoking room. when I arrived at motel all non smoking rooms were gone and the room reeked of stale cigarette smoke also was charged 22 more dollars than quoted. Ask for manager and was told she was not available. These people lie to you to get your business. I think...

Well we ended up with this hotel first night. I rate this a 5 when I was in the bathroom there was a bug in the shower. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. Can't say to much about it. Close to shops.restaurants

Well we got stuck with this hotel because it was the only thing left since we were here for the National FFA convention. Sign says flat screens, newly renovated, mini fridges, and microwaves.
