Nice modern Hampton. Everything was clean and staff was great. Breakfast was good and had the usual items. Location is away from the downtown area, but close enough for easy access. Exactly what we expect from Hampton Inn. We enjoyed our stay.
We had a beautiful room with lots of room. There was an issue with the air conditioning, but it was handled well! Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Shout out to the gentlemen who worked on the air conditioning. He went above and beyond. Everyone I met on the staff were extremely friendly and nice. I would highly recommend this hotel!
Stayed for a 1 night stopover driving home to NY from FL. Love Digital Key! Never had to go to the front desk. Plenty of parking. Breakfast had a great selection and started early. The King Study with Sofa Bed was well appointed and felt new. My only con would be noise. We didn't hear anything from other rooms/guests. If you are a light sleeper the air conditioner and or traffic noise will be a problem. Our room looked out at 265. If the air was running, it was loud enough to drown out the highway, but when it turns off you hear every car going by. To be fair, we were exhausted and had no sleeping problems, but if you are a light sleeper, you will notice. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in the area to anyone as long as they are aware that the hotel backs right up to the highway.…
We had a two night stay at this hotel in July. We used the online app to check in and had no problems accessing our room. Everything was clean and neat and a flatter pillow was provided upon request. The location was in close proximity to plenty of restaurants and a Walmart next door. Access to and from I-265 was simple. This is a great hotel for those using the northeast hospitals and medical facilities. The free breakfast included hot eggs and meat, assorted breads, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, juice and coffee but no fruit. My biggest complaint was the slow internet. Speedchecks ran from 8 to 13 mbps checked at various times of day.
Everything was great about short weekend stay. From the ease of check to the cleanliness of the room. All the staff were super friend and helpful. The price was great as well. There is a complimentary breakfast and descent, poor and fitness center are a plus
Enjoyed my stay at HI Louisville-Northeast. Convenient location near shopping and restaurants. Hotel was recently renovated and appears brand new. Very large King bed room with a sofa bed, fridge, MW and sink. Ample parking.
This hotel seems to be struggling. The people are nice and the place is clean, but it’s pretty far from the interstate highway and has only ONE ice machine for the entire hotel (on the 3rd floor!) Our room on the first floor had a weird & very strong floor vibration as though there was some huge piece of equipment underneath us, but the staff had no idea how to fix it. I won’t return there.
I love Hampton Inns and stay with that chain almost exclusively. This location met all my qualifications except the back of the hotel is near the interstate and one can hear the traffic. Also, someone was vacuuming at 12:20 am on the first floor. Not good for light sleepers.
The rooms stayed cold and through the night it got worse, the heat had a bad smell and no window to open so had to leave the heat off sadly and the breakfast was not that great but the Fitness Center was nice and the hotel is a beautiful place.
Room was amazing exceeded expectations very clean attentive staff only thing missing was a lobby bar but for this trip I was willing to overlook and will recommend to family and colleagues and stay from now on when in town.
