Coming back to visit my relatives and old home town Staff has been very friendly. My room was clean and neat. Heater was in good working order. Shower had plenty of hot water and it passed the drain test with no standing water in tub. Pillows are on the soft side. Television works great with many channels to choose from. I would recommend this hotel

Hotel room was very bare. Not a lot there besides a desk, chair and mini fridge. There were marks that looked like nail polish streaks all over the room, and scuff marks on the walls. The bathroom smelled like bleach, so it seems like they cleaned...that stuff just must not have come off. The beds were rock hard. Very uncomfortable. This is also a party hotel. There was a LOT going on the night we were there. The Marijuana cloud was so thick we were getting a contact high - which oddly helped with us dealing with the noise and the hard beds, as we suddenly became more relaxed and just wanted to sleep.

The good things: Glad there was a fridge in the room. The window seat was nice. And it was affordable.

We stayed here for 4 nights during our mini vacation.

The rooms were spotless and beds were comfy.

There was a mini fridge n coffee maker in each room.

The offered a small breakfast which had bagels, toast, juice, coffee, and oatmeal.

Their washer was broken but that wasn’t a big deal.

Great stay and would stay again.

I’ve never left a review on anything in my life and I consider myself to not be a difficult person to please, with that being said I felt this place was so bad that I needed to leave a review in hopes it will help someone from wasting their money at this awful place. My wife and I stayed here for two nights, we could never leave the room together or we would have to have an employee let us in the room with a master key because the batteries were dead in the key card reader on the door, we had 3 different employees say they would fix it while we were gone and that never happened, they always acted like it was too much trouble for them, I’m sure it would have taken someone all of 5 minutes to change; we even had one employee tell us they “try not to put people in that room” when we told them the room number. The sheets in the room had obviously not been washed and neither had the towels in the bathroom. The room was much smaller than what it looked in the pictures, it looked like it was built in the 90s and never updated since; it also felt very dirty, smelled like smoke, and had multiple light bulbs burnt out in both rooms. There are tons of other hotels right in the same area, do yourself a favor and book one of those instead, I don’t even feel like we saved money staying here (not that was our intention) as it costed over $200 for a Wednesday and Thursday night stay.

The staff was nice and friendly however, starting with the lobby the entire 1st floor smelled like cigarette smoke. My room also smelled like it. And later in the evening there was a strong marijuana smell down the hallway of my room. This is supposedly a non-smoking hotel. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. I had to go out and buy air fresheners just be able to get through the first night of my stay because it was too late for me to find a new hotel; which I did find a new one the following morning for the remaining 2 nights I was in the area. I cannot and will not stay in a disgusting hotel like this; and I will not stay in this one again.

We had booked a room with 2 double beds for our family of 4. We were also traveling with other family members who booked the same type of room - all over a month in advance. When we arrived were we told that they only had rooms with single beds available and the receptionist didn't seem concerned with the inconvenience. Since there were several of us checking in, she decided to "move some things around" and we were able to get the rooms we reserved. She them told us that the next guests with the same reservations that check in "will just be out of luck". I completely understand if glitches/issues happen but the fact that multiple reservations had been double-booked and that the receptionist didn't seem to care was awful and really set the tone for our stay.
Not to mention, the inedible breakfast and rock-hard beds.

I booked hotel rooms a couple of months ago for our month long road trip. I had booked this one for 2 nights based on the fact it was rated by Trip Advisor with 4 dots out of 5. It was $75 for Thursday night and around $125 for the Saturday night so as is usual, weekend nights cost more. Just over a week into our trip, we showed up at this hotel after 3:30 pm and it doesn’t look like much on the exterior but we figured It will be ok inside, it’s a Wyndham. Got all checked in and then went to the room. Rooms are awful, a very small TV on the wall, quite a ways from the beds so even worse. The room seemed old and not updated at all plus it smelled like it had been recently rented to a huge family of smokers! We usually stay in Wyndhams, Marriotts or Hilton chains but this one certainly doesn’t deserve to have the Wyndham name! Since it’s already the day of check-in, we had to eat the first night charges but were able to cancel the 2nd night. So we went next door and checked into the Fairfield by Hilton, which is $99 for the first night and $111 for the end so roughly the same price as the dump next door. And we were able to get a first floor room as we wanted with no prior reservation. It is a MUCH nicer place. In fact, an employee here told us it’s pretty common to get guests who first went to the Wyndham but chose not to stay there.

Stay away! This hotel was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke in hall and room. Other guests were practically yelling and slamming doors in the middle of the night (3am), keeping us awake. The heater did not work, which we discovered in the middle of the night with 20 degree temps outside. This was mentioned at checkout and staff did not seem to care. To the hotel -- don't you dare suggest I should have brought this up in the middle of the night to switch rooms after unpacking everything. You should take responsibility for something so basic! Plus, as I mentioned, staff seemed they could not care less. Breakfast was pathetic by modest standards, with practically no room to move in the food area and two or three tiny tables to eat at. Internet was unsecured (who does this these days?)

It was my understanding that the hotel was completely booked, so I understand staffing challenges. However, we booked two rooms for the 5 of us. One room had dirty towels hanging on the racks and the bathroom floor was not clean. The other room had noticeably dirty sheets. Because of that we did not even want to try the breakfast the next morning. As we were halfway through a 23 hour road trip, we simply slept a few hours and got out as quick as we could.

Please DO NOT stay here. We stayed at this hotel to attend the Bourbon and Beyond festival. My family and I woke up with bug bites all over our bodies and face. After inspecting the bed we saw bed bugs all over. The staff at the front desk were kind but this is just unacceptable. We paid for 5 nights. At first they were only going to give us a refund for the days we stayed instead of a whole refund for the days we paid for. It’s ridiculous that we even had to fight for a full refund. There wasn’t even an immediate reaction to go and clean the room right away. It seems like this may be a problem they know about. Now we have to find another hotel at the last minute to stay at. If you stay here, CHECK THE BEDS. I would have preferred if they reimbursed us for the new hotel we have to check in at in addition to the refund. Just a nightmare. Pay the extra money to stay somewhere that cares about their customers safety and comfort.

I have a small dog but was never told of any restrictions on size or weight.I have seen some large dogs there before. The $20 fee for the entire stay is the cheapest I have experienced,it's usually $10 or more per night.
