Professional, well mannered staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool is well maintained. Lobby lacks good seating / lounging. In house restaurant (Charr'd) serves good food and has a nice selction of bourbons. Overall a good hotel

We ate our evening meal in the hotel 2 nights,. Our waitress both nights was Sara Beth. Most knowledgeable and friendly. I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel, except that it isn't really suitable for walking around and exploring in the evening, other than that my husband and I really enjoyed it. We stayed here because my cousins wedding reception was in the hotel so we were given a group discount which really helped. Everything was top notch. The room was super clean and fancy. Hotel and rooms were very clean and spacious. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy and fast. Lobby area very large with various seating arrangements. This hotel was excellent! We stayed here for 3 nights in July for a basketball tournament. The rooms were clean and spacious. Nicely decorated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I would suggest changing is the free breakfast in the morning. It was heavy on sweet items to eat: pastries, muffins, breads, fruit etc....

The hotel needs more personnel to handle registration and day to day operations after hours. If you arrive after business hours or on the weekends, do not expect great service. They only have one person handling everything. It's very bad.

At first when I pulled in I thought it was in the middle of no where. Once I walked into the lobby and saw how open it was with people milling about, I was blown away! Just finished dinner in Charades. One of the best steaks I have had in Louisville. I plan on staying here every time from now...

Very clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and check out process. Great value and the food was delicious. Everyone associated with my check in and check out process provided extrodinary service. The young lady delivering the room service was also working the restaurant service area. Very nice and luxurious. Although I noticed two tiny brown spots inside the top of my linen blanket. Forgettable, but maybe the dry-cleaners/laundry need to pay more attention?
