It's wonderful to stay at a place where there was nothing to complain about! Staying at this B&B for 3 nights with friends was a fantastic experience--warm & friendly innkeepers, great breakfasts, very clean and comfortable rooms, lots of exercise climbing up 2 flights of stairs, use of a guest refrigerator, bottled water in room, good value, etc. Mary and...

Tom and Mary were so easy to talk with. Very unobtrusive yet super friendly. The place is actually 2 Victorian homes merged together. Very nicely decorated with lots of books, DVD s to watch as well as a dart board pool table and many sitting areas. The room was fabulous with all the amenities. We walked to town one day...

This B&B is on the edge of the Old Louisville area, close to the Interstate. It is very easily accessed, with off-street parking in a gated area. The two houses, side by side, are really one facility, with several gathering areas and dining areas. Tom and Mary are exceptional hosts, and made us feel very much a part of their...

The hosts were attentive and informed, as well as more than happy to give us a tour through their antique filled 3 storied homes. Breakfast was a well prepared and graciously presented, with appropriate setting and ambiance, on our morning time frame. Spinach and portabello omelette with home fries, country ham, biscuits, et al. Highly recommended as an alternative to...

The rooms are very clean and there are many extra little amenities that add up to a gem of a B&B. Overall you'll...

The host Tom and his wife Mary are a sweet, dear couple. They manage the inn place like it's a cozy home I can feel like doing anything in my own house. It's clean and well-maintained. There are always snacks and drinks available in the dining room. The room is very simple but nicely furnished, just the way I want...

Austin's Inn Place Bed and Breakfast is fantastic. Tom and Mary are excellent hosts and have a lot of amenities to enjoy from their pool table, darts, and a gathering area that is wonderful for playing cards. Their breakfast in the morning tastes amazing and held us over all the way to dinner. Mary also has brochures available on the...
