Stayed here for a professional development at the University of Kentucky. -clean room -well stocked -nice staff -sad (free) breakfast Located close to campus & the Mall area. I still had to drive to UK's campus for my PD, but I could have walked (but fear of rain would make me take an umbrella or rain gear).

You couldn't tell from the outside that this was nice hotel inside. Stayed here for a basketball tournament and was quite pleased with our stay. This hotel is located minutes from downtown and right in the thick of UK campus. The properties are separated into two buildings with the main building holding the front desk. Hotel was quiet and the...

I was pleasantly surprised! My daughter and son-in-law stay there every time he is at UK for business. My daughter said the rooms were not fancy but clean. Well, the room was perfect to me. Upon entering, my room was noticeably clean and fresh. I was there alone to prep for surgery the next day. The hospital put me up...

Rooms are clean and decent size, bedding OK. Baths are really small and minimal toiletries are provided. Provided breakfast is the most basic continental out there. No food service on site - and nothing close by. Only plus is it's location to U of K medical center - but that's also a disadvantage when the sirens come rolling in during...

Thank you for your feedback. We are currently renovating our rooms and bathrooms; and our wifi system has recently been updated. We do provide a fresh, delicious complimentary continental breakfast and coffee, as advertised on our website that includes assorted breads and pastries, muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt and juice. We do not have kitchen or restaurant services on site...

Our room was standard sized with the normal amenities of TV, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, fridge, etc. There's a vanity mirror outside the bathroom, which made it easier to get ready in the morning. The carpet near the bathroom smelled moldy though. Our room couldn't seem to warm up despite setting the thermostat up higher. But the bed was...

We had to be at the hospital , for a surgery. They held our room, gave us extra blankets, extra pillows , they were so good about every thing. We had extra family come , they offered us a cot , nothing extra . The room was large , the beds were clean and sooo soft. It smelled clean and...

Landing after a horrible trip through snow and delays, I was additionally LOST in the city in a rental car with no heat. The trip from a horror movie. KEVIN was at the front desk. He calmed me on my call and directed me to the hotel, gave me a room (even though I was a day early...), and comforted...

We stayed here for one night on a long trip. I booked this through a third-party site, so I would have preferred something closer to the interstate. That said, if you have business downtown or at UK, this would be an ideal location! The property itself was just average. It's showing its age a bit, but it is far from...

This is a good hotel with nice and friendly staff at a reasonable price. Excellent location, in UK campus and close to keeneland. Breakfast options can be improved. Overall, it was a good experience and I would certainly consider staying here again.
