Well we had a lovely stay at Rose and Nick's beautiful house. They made us so welcome, and we soon felt at home. The room was lovely with beautiful views of open countryside. The food was excellent, and they were very attentive to every detail. We could not have found a nicer place, and will definetly visit again. Highly recommended.

We've lived outside of the UK for a while now but we really felt we had come home to everything we love about England and the countryside. An elegant country home with beautiful gardens , views and natural surroundings. Our bed was so comfy we overslept on both mornings and wandered down to our very relaxed hosts in our pyjamas...

The Knox farmhouse was everything we were looking for and then some. Nick and Rose were great. They made us feel right at home. They provided us with a list of local pubs and restaurants, of which we found one pub "The Three Horseshoes" that we decided to frequent the whole time we were there. Local and great service and...

A perfect welcome with tea, coffee and cakes.Great en-suite for me and my wife, and a private shower room for my daughter. Information on local eateries and taxis were on hand. Our beds had electric blankets-what a treat-and the views across to the North Downs? are striking and unusual. You have to stay here to see why. The almost endless...

The attentive and charming hosts, Nick and Rose, made us feel really welcome in their home, greeting us...

I spent three nights in this lovely old house, warmly welcomed by Nick and Rose for whom nothing seems to be too much trouble. The room (the double one) was spacious and comfortable, with everything that one could need already thought of and provided. The still peacefulness at night is a rare treat these days and the long views beyond...

We booked for two nights in order to attend a golden wedding anniversary in Farnham area. It was suggested by a family member, a friend of the hosts and from the outset we were not disappointed. On arrival we were invited to afternoon tea by our friendly hosts Nick and Rose and shared it together with one of their daughters...

We were welcomed by Nick Rose and their lovely smiling dog Oscar as honoured guests and the accomodation matched their welcome-definately the best B & B we've ever experienced. A lovely old farmhouse which is furbished to a very high standard without losing the warm family home feeling which guests are welcomed into. With such lovely hosts in a superb...
