We have been camping at Kendall for many years now. The campground is located below the dam on The Cumberland River. It is a Federal Campground so senior discounts apply. We all have lage 37ft or longer units and find good spots if booking early. Bath houses are pretty good. Cumberland Lake and the Loge are close. Lots of fishing,...

Very nice campgrounds. Clean and tidy. Very wooded spots with nice flat pads for tents and trailers. Some spaces are more spacious while others are good for group camping and socializing. The river is close by for fishing and kayaking. Pets are welcome. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back.

Campground has friendly attendants, large sites with water and electric. Situated with great views. New trout stream and national fish hatchery next door. River and Lake Cumberland boat access very close. Facilities including restrooms, showers, campsites are all very well maintained.

Corp of Engineers campground nice sights with 50 amp electric and water. Sites are nice small to large. Dam was running 5 generators and water was high in river. Drift fishing the stream for trout was great fun. Rainbows, Browns and Brook trout. Will definitely go again.

We have been going to Kendall for over 15 years. One week each summer for a family fishing trip. Fish the lake or the river, the fishing is great! The campground sites are large with enough room in between so you are not right on the next guy. Lots of trees and wildlife. The bath houses do need some TSLC....
