Hampton inns are always our best bet. We have yet to have a negative experience. It is always clean, and comfortable. Beds and pillows were comfortable. This hotel is surrounded by an area that is waiting to be developed. Only one other hotel off the exit. There is not much close by ( gas stations, stores etc). and things close...

Umm...keep driving down the road! This place should be a Motel 6, not a Hampton Inn. Right now, I am writing this review from my personal hotspot, because the wifi does not work. There is black mold in the ceiling in the bathroom, hairspray and floss picks on the floor left by previous guests and they gave us a smoking...

We usually stay in Hampton Inns when traveling because they are usually consistently clean and fresh. This one is the nastiest, dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Carpets in the hallways and rooms were stained and dirty, paper peeling off the wall in the bathroom, overall appearance and feel was that we needed to bathe upon check-out. When we...

Yet another 25 yr old property they hung a Hampton sign on. Everything here is old and dirty except for the Hampton sign. Poor value for the money. More expensive than the new Hampton Inn we stayed in the previous night.

Room cleanliness marginal. 2 working channels on TV. Comforter dirty and too heavy for room temperature. Internet slow. Don't waste your time on breakfast. Awful food. Eat somewhere else. Not worth the money. Stayed at Hamptons on business for last 20 years. Will never use them agains.

The outside looks great, the inside not so much. Dirty stained carpet in the hallway. Dirty floor in the elevator. Bathroom not clean, long black hairs on the floor. Chairs in the dining area stained.

We decided to visit Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky while traveling through the state. Although Cave City, Ky was closer to the Park, the only Hampton was a few miles up the road in Horse Cave, Ky. Right off the interstate this hotel is a typical Hampton Inn, except for its remote location. There is nothing else at that...

We had a horrid time there and the staff didn't even care. They put retirees without kids across from the pool. By the time the noise finally died down, the window air unit kept waking everyone up from excessive noise. The TV, phone, electric outlet, closet door, and bathtub drain didn't work. We could have gotten past most of it...

Nice property in the Caves area. Excellent staff. Very helpful as there were not refrigerators in the rooms with freezing our freezer packs for travel. Everything you need in a travel motel. I actually saw the breakfast staff delivering fresh scrambled eggs to a family.

This location is a typical Hampton Inn. The staff was nice and friendly and any issues were quickly rectified. The breakfast is typical, no great shakes, but fills you up nonetheless less. Location to local attractions is okay. Only drawback is the lack of other decent restaurants in the area.
