This hotel has comfortable beds and good linens. Keurig, microwave, refrigerator in room. Shower leaves a lot to be desired. Glass door will not stay closed and I had to hold shower door closed entire time I took a shower so that I would not flood bathroom. No vent in bathroom. Little hooks on back of bathroom door can’t hold clothes. Inside shower coming apart at bottom and moldy. Lots of AC and USB outlets. Nice large TV. Outside patio with lighted gas fireplace at night. Lots of seating in large and nice lobby area.
Technically, I arrived at your hotel after midnight due to a late arriving flight into the nearby CVG airport on Christmas Eve. I appreciated the great customer service and expedited check-in process. It was great to sleep in a bed after a very tough flight experience. Your location is very convenient to many things in the area. It's a great chocie for travelers coming to this area. Very easy access to I-75/275/71. Thanks for the great experience.
Room door dead bolt lock did not work. Door appeared to have been broken into before our arrival, but not repaired. Wall mounted AC unit did not work. No continental breakfast, lounge bar was not open, they charged for what should have been free coffee. They did provide terrible k cup coffee in room, but only one serving and we were there four days. Noise from highway was terrible. I was encouraged to sign up for loyalty membership, but if all Marriott are run this poorly, I won't stay enough to enjoy any benefits. Sorry Marriott, I thought you were better than this.
Stayed at this Courtyard location for the first time this past week as I was traveling from Canton to Nashville. It will probably be the last time. While the room was fine and the facility clean and in good condition, there were a few concerns. First, while you can see the Courtyard along the freeway, there were numerous turns you had to make to get there. Secondly, the parking lot was very dark. There were a few lights out that needed attention. Third, involved the Bistro. In the morning, they had no danish or pastries and they had no orange juice. The employee blamed it on a supply shortage. As a business man, I can understand that, but there was a grocery store a block away where they could have bought a gallon of orange juice to serve. No orange juice for breakfast unacceptable. Those three really took away from the visit. On the plus side, the person working the front desk when I checked in was training a new employee and she was doing a nice job. Overall, I would think twice before I stay at this location again as it just seemed to be missing a few steps in representing the Marriott brand.…
Our church group stayed here for an overnight trip to The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. The room we were in had 2 queen beds and a stand up shower, no tub. The room was spacious with plenty of outlets and USB’s. The beds were really comfy. Plenty of hot water. The road noise was pretty loud, but was expected being right on the interstate. I would recommend staying here.
Rebekah went above and beyond duty and shows compassion integrity and honesty!! She was very professional ! The GM has a open door policy and in my opinion will fairly deliver the upmost customer service in the most professional manner. I will be requesting this hotel for all my stays in Florence Ky.
Just warning everyone do not ask Yolanda at the first desk a question. She takes this as disrespecting her. I thought she was going to get physical. She kept saying “this is my part time job”. Mind you there was no issue over anything. I simply asked a question. Do not make eye contact with her. She views this as hostile behavior and thinks your “staring her down”. Her behavior was almost comical. I’ve never encountered this from guest services anywhere before.
First time in the Cincinnati area as was on a recruiting trip for a large local business. We had a reservation for the Courtyard Marriott for Friday evening. CeCe was working by herself and was friendly and very professional. She politely let us know at check in the Bistro was closed as she was only employee working in the hotel... Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Met with VP of Ops for dinner and when he dropped me back off at the hotel, there was CeCe with a smile on her face serving drinks over in the bar. Great attitude despite being stretched as only employee. Tim Toepfer Spring Hill TN

They help out anyway rhey can to help make your stay amazing! Thank you for all their hard work! I would definitely come and stay here with my family! Thank you for all their hard work! Good job! Plenty of food around the hotel within walking distance!
Stayed here 1 night prior to flying out of CVG early. Informed by staff at check-in their shuttle would not be available for us at 430a.m the next day. No offer to arrange a taxi, she suggested we try Uber. Attempted Uber at 430a.m and there were no rides to be had. The early morning staff person on duty informed us the previous evening's staff person should have offered to arrange a taxi. She additionally informed us special arrangements should have been made by the evening staff to schedule an early shuttle. We were left scrambling to get a ride to the airport with minutes to spare after calling a taxi service ourselves. Unfortunate customer service in an airport hotel that should be attuned to the needs of customers needing transportation to nearby airport. The property is clean and located close to restaurants and stores. The interstate is very near the hotel, so our room had the sound of loud trucks and traffic all night. If cleanliness is your priority, this hotel is a good selection, otherwise I would stay elsewhere.…
