Although generally the experience was reasonable (cleanness, breakfast, temperature, check in/out, etc) the sofa bed box spring & mattress were terrible. I asked for a room change expecting a better sofa bed sleeping option, and it was the same in the 2nd room. My son woke up the next morning with a swelling hip!
No problems with reservations, check-in, or the room. For current situation with Covid19 I felt safe about my stay. The hotel has taken many steps to keep the customer safe while trying to function as things used to be. I had no issues or complaints during my stay and would have no worries about staying again.
Great place to stay, close to food and shopping. The hotel was very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a combination of hot and cold items. I would stay there again. No microwave in the rooms but it did have a refrigerator.
Good location. Newish hotel. Rooms are well laid out. Pool was a little dirty and there was mold in the bedding. Breakfast was serviceable. The staff were pleasant and checking in/out was very easy. Lots of competition in the area so they should do something about the cleanliness.
Rav is an outstanding front desk employee of Hyatt. I have stayed in this property 14 times so far. Every time, she was there and too care of me and also all my friends that have come here. Best Hyatt customer service from her
Pool was a little dated for how nice the hotel was but the kids didn't care. Room was clean. 2 beds were great. Couch was more comfortable than the sleeper part. That part was pretty sad. Breakfast was great for all needs. My age range for the visit was 7 to 80. We had 5 in our party. I would rate the coffee a solid 7 out of 10. Would stay with the Hyatt again.
Great location and well managed. Airline staff stay here and they do not stay at second rate hotels. Easy location to get to. Several eating places nearby. Short drive to the Reds baseball stadium. We will always stay here. The Ark is just a short drive away.
We were in town for the Cincinnati Music Fest which was about 15 minutes away at the Paul Brown Stadium. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the building was quiet; always a plus! Also, the pool, bar and hot breakfast were available.
Concessions and drinks located by front desk at all hours. Free hot breakfast, fresh fruits, and grab and go breakfast items as well. Overall, Rav and Brenda at front desk are very helpful. Location is great for dinner.
Room was great. However this is the last time I will be using them to park and fly. We arrived almost 2 hours and still not a shuttle. We have attempted 4 phone calls to make sure we have correct area. She took our phone number and nobody ever called. I am sitting here with 3 children at 1 am still waiting the worst part We still have 2 hour drive home.
