Location, location. Close to anything & everything. You wanna shop, there's a mall right down the road, you wanna dine out, theres any kind of food or restraunt you could desire. Car trouble? there's several auto dealerships close by.
A stop along I-71 from TN to Michigan, this was the perfect place to rest for the night, but the room was so big, we could have stayed multiple nights. Extremely clean, staff was welcoming and the beds were comfortable. I didn't hear any planes overnight taking off and landing out of Cincinnati Airport because I slept so well. One thing that could have been improved was the breakfast. It was given out by staff and consisted of limited choices of prepackaged everything. This is a Hilton property and we stayed at another two Hilton properties on this same road trip. Those other properties offered a hot breakfast that you serve yourself with countless possibilities. But other than that, we loved it. There's also plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. We felt safe.
We stayed here one night as it was a halfway stopping point to our destination and had a great experience. The room was huge, very clean and had a ton of positive amenities if we were staying a longer period, it would have been great! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size. Staff was very friendly as well. There was also a complimentary breakfast, which we did not take part in. Location is pretty good, tons of restaurants and stores nearby. Definitely recommend this hotel!
We stayed here in two rooms for two nights as a family of 9 specifically in the area to visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. Pros: Florence is a great location close to both places with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. There’s also a Sams Club and Costco not too far away either for cheaper gas. The staff is what made the hotel attentive and happy. I especially want to give a shout out to Nicole who helped us get checked into one of our rooms early since it was ready so we could put cold things in the fridge and freezer. She was superb on the phone and in person. As a family of 5 the two queen with sofa bed option works perfectly for us; we’ve stayed in numerous Home 2 Suites in the past few years. The shower though smallish had great water pressure. Breakfast was standard H2S with ready to make waffles, oatmeal, heatable sandwiches, pastries, yogurt and cold cereals. Also World of Golf nearly within walking distance next door had a pretty enjoyable mini golf course. Cons: Our room was 90% clean (I’m picky). I noticed some small coiled dog hair on the bathroom floor and a moderate amount dust in the corners of countertops and open shelves. Also the seat of our rolling chair was horribly stained. Our heating and AC rattled and the only thing that worked was shoving a pillow under it. Our room was on the end so no noise beside us but we did here galloping kids or dogs for a while above us the second night. The pool unfortunately is very small so we never used and the exercise room needed an air freshener. Lastly, this hotel is in the flight path of CVG so you will hear landing planes early in the morning so consider a sound machine. Would I stay here again? Probably maybe……
This is a great place to stay in the Cincinnati area. Our room was at a similar or less price point than other hotels in the area and yet offered extras such as a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, workout room, laundry facilities, free parking and free breakfast. This location was very close to restaurants, shopping and the Interstate, which made it very convenient. The pool was busy and so were the outdoor gathering spaces, so I believe other guests were enjoying themselves as well. The staff members were helpful, although our visit went so smoothly that I didn't have many interactions with them!
Home2 is comfortable as usual. But the soundproof of this one was not expecting. You could hear the people upstairs walking, even our walking was severe too. Not mentioned the music from our next door neighbor. Luckily we asked for an corner room to have only one side neighbor. Besides the soundproof, others were good.
We wanted to visit the ark encounter in Kentucky-and need to travel with out 15 week old goldendoodle. Pet friendly hotel. Only 8 min to pet resort in Earlanger KY and 30 min to ark encounter. Very nice place. Friendly staff and Great breakfast.
We chose to stay here because it was close to both the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The location is great for food options and close to attractions. We didn't have any issues with the hotel.
Booked this hotel for my parents to stay in while they were visiting the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. They FaceTimed me just to show off the fantastic King Suite that they thoroughly enjoyed. The only downside came when another guests dog barked late into the night. They were just about to call the front desk when the pet owners apparently came back and the dog settled down. There were no other issues.
Facilities were great. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast included egg/meat sandwiches and waffles. Also had muffins, bagels, oatmeal, juice. Elevators required room key. Security is a good thing. We had several family visit and staff was courteous in letting them up -- and enduring the gang when we all went to the lobby (some loud under 5's). Fire pit outside was a nice touch. ONLY COMPLAINT is that the accessible room was the farthest away from the elevator -- end of hall.
