This is a DISGUSTING place. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, we noticed missing roof tiles, rusted a/c units, broken pavement. We wanted to cancel the reservation, BUT it was after 4pm, so we were going to be charged. OVER $500!!!! for 4 night in a DUMP! It got worse when we entered the room. It looked like a room in a 3rd world country - unsanitary and unsafe. Exposed electrical outlets, black mold on the bathroom ceiling, black mold on the window, paint chipped off the wall, a moth cocoon behind the bathroom door, broken titles on the bathroom floor, cobwebs on the ceiling, rust on the sink drain, mold around the sink caulking.... and the list goes on! Oh, and the floor wasn't even SWEPT!! We walked around in our socks because the cheap vinyl plank floor was DISGUSTING on the feet. In fact, each morning I woke, and put my socks on, water would soak through the socks upon standing. When did the water come from? Took a few pictures. If I document all the problems mentioned, there would be at least 50 pictures. I don't know how this place passed local health ordinances. If this is how Red Roof manages places we will NEVER STAY AT A RED ROOF AGAIN! EVERYONE STAY AWAY. OBSCENE TO PAY OVER $500 FOR A DUMP!

We found this place to be acceptable. Everything worked as it should. Wife and I stayed two nights and didn't notice any of the issues mention in other reviews. It is close to the Ark Encounter as that was our target destination. Would I stay here again, YES

Stayed at several Red Roof Inn's throughout the country over the last decade. But this DUMP should be plowed over! If not for the fact that we made a last second decision to take in a local attraction (The Ark) we would of left and demanded a refund the second we saw the room! It was Very Obvious that management was taking the money and letting the place fall into disrepair. Room and interior Hallway smelt of Mold, Room had a STRONG PUNGENT Odor of Stale Cigarette Smoke! Linens: Towels were Harsh and Stale Smelling! Beds: Were lumpy and questionable as far of Clean Sheets..... We have travelled so many miles in the last decade that we are prepared for occasions like this, we travel with a can of Lysol Spray and a set of Queen Sheets. Staff occupied their time outside the entrance smoking cigarettes versus paying attention to the comfort of guests! Covid 19 suggestions were completely ignored! Lesson Learned: Check out reviews PRIOR to considering a nights stay and $135.00 room rate was a RIP!

This stay began on a terrible note! I was traveling with a large group including elderly and there was no elevator which was listed no where on the website. But since we could stay no where else with a group this size we had to stay here. My room looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The carpet was dirty like it had not been cleaned in a long time. There was a ladies undergarment still in the bathroom from a previous visitor. There was hair and dirt in the bed. On the second night the hotel smelled really bad of marijuana you could smell it throughout the second floor. I honestly did not feel safe allowing my infant to stay in this place. Will never stay here or any red roof ever again stay at your own risk!

After asking for a cleaner room, we still found it very dirty as if the floor had not been cleaned in a very long time. Pieces of paper and trash left by the maid in window sills and on the floor. The sink was not clean, coffee and tea water Luke warm. We’re done with Red Roof period. They do not inspect their motels!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly. My room was cleaned and it was spotless. I usually have terrible mold allergies that flair up in hotels but not here. It was so clean! Kaylee checked us in on the evening of March 2nd. Very friendly and helpful. She was juggling a lot and it was busy but she handled it like a pro. Jamie and Brittany checked us out on the morning of March 3rd. They were friendly, helpful and courteous, too. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip thru Kentucky.

I started my trip with a reservation by calling Susan soft spoken sweet tone on the phone she went over my reservation 3 times because I kept changing things on it (beds, needed a microwave, bottom floor) she even gave me a room number. I arrived 2 days later and it was Susan who checked me in also. I believe it was Susan's mother held the door for us when we was bringing in our belongings. Then..... The next morning I met Linda and her husband. Night and day experiences. Linda's clothes didn't fit no masks very loud her and her husband were fighting in the office. Then to no surprise at all Jamie is her mother. Jamie was supposed to bring me towels and didn't Jamie told me "due to the virus" we aren't not allowed to clean your room during your stay. I asked for new liens I'll do it my self. Never received those either. I'll call next time to see who's on all shifts when I stay there again. Which won't be for awhile!!!!

This hotel is in the worst condition of all the hotels I have stayed in for many years, with the exception of one in NC 40 years ago. The yard / lot was littered. The dumpster was overflowing and had trash heaped all around it. The door in my room was in bad need of re-painting, floor had paint spots that should have been removed, bed was in need of replacement, sloping off towards the wall on one side. The door at the end of the hall leading outside was in dire need of repair and painting. After my first night, I asked that the room need not be cleaned, only that the towels be replaced. The towels were not replaced, nothing at all was done, not even the trash was taken out. The only thing good to report was the friendliness of the staff at check in, and the luke warm coffee in the lobby. After first entering my room, I would not have stayed except that it is the only hotel in the area that accepts pets. I was disgusted with the general condition of the property.
