We stayed June 2022, and it $355 for 2 nights. That seemed kind of high, but it is a newer hotel and in a tourist area due to the Ark is just a few minutes down the road, so it was expected. We were on the 3rd floor away from the elevator and it was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and had soft mattress toppers. The suite had a nice couch and felt roomy. The tub had a slick floor that wasn't textured, but that's the only thing i didn't like. The staff was excellent. Check in/out the clerks were friendly and helpful. The lady working the breakfast area was super friendly and considerate. I really enjoyed and recommend this to anyone
Extremely nice hotel . We have No complaints. Excellent staff, everything was very clean, beds were great, breakfast was very good! Nice newer hotel. Overall great experience. Lots of families visiting the ark and creation museum- great hotel when visiting those attractions
Dead bugs in the bathroom lightshade, exhaust vent covered in dust, a toilet seat that wasn't attached securely. Maintenance did come early day two while bathroom was in use and never returned. Housekeeping ignored doorhangers for fresh towels and trash removal. Had to empty my own trash cans and call desk for towel delivery. Transition area between entry and suite had tattered and ripped up carpet. Bed lamps were dust covered, tv screen was streaked, room frige was just below room temp. My youngest was picking out trash in the pool as a swimming challenge...the chlorine level was +++ and burned eyes just sitting in the pool area. No pen in the room, no printed tv channel guide, no ice bucket that I could find. On the plus side, the staff was polite and friendly and the family had a nice breakfast every morning. Close to Ark, far enough from highway to not hear traffic. Comfy bed.…
This property was a huge disappointment. I reserved it for 6 nights, at a cost of over $900, prepaid with no refunds or cancellations. No daily room servicing was provided at all-we had to get our own towels and empty our trash. No cleaning supplies were made available. Covid was blamed which seems like a very lame excuse at this point. It is a relatively new property and yet cheaply finished-fixtures were loose in the bathroom and the water pressure was very low for showers. The bright spot was the staff—they were hugely over-worked, being expected to perform multiple jobs and yet never failed to be pleasant and helpful. When I tried to get in touch with the manager and assistant manager, their email addresses took me to the company website which was confusing at best—I could not figure out how to let them know of my disappointment. I will not be staying at this brand hotel again…
Clean rooms and comfy bed. Good location to see the Ark and staff is friendly. Right next to a Walmart and close to a bunch of restaurant. Great breakfast that included waffles you can make. They have coffee/juices available all day. Along with fresh cookies when checking in
The beds were nice. The rooms clean. The breakfast was decent. I would definitely recommend staying here. Only complaint is they don’t clean rooms every day you have to request clean towels etc. I understand this is probably a employee shortage issue that is unfortunately very common in the world today.
We stopped here in our way from the Ark Encounter! It was very clean and the king size Suite was great. We had a quick check in and they recommended a local place to eat. We will definitely stop here again. It also was very reasonable in price.
The amenities were great! The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff was extremely helpful and approachable. A special shout out to Christine! This is all in spite of Covid. The hotel is off the beaten path so very quiet but restaurants and stores were very near by and easy to get to.
Clean rooms. Awesome breakfast. Staff are genuinely nice and truly care. The hotel is only 11 min away from the Ark Encounter and 40min away from Creation Museum. We stayed for 2 nights and I had7 rooms booked for a group. The sale rep for this hotel worked with me and got it all squared away for me for those rooms. I am really happy.
This was a relatively new and very good hotel for an overnight stay while visiting the Ark Encounter. It is located about one exit North from the Ark exit just off I-75. My Garmin GPS, although recently had updated maps, could not find Sgt. Daniel Wallace Way, but my WAZE app did find the hotel with directions. The room also had a couch, frig, large screen TV, cable and coffee maker. I am a non-smoker and did not smell tobacco smoke. Although they allow pets, my wife and I did not smell or see evidence of pet dander . A very good breakfast and the staff was very helpful.
