This breathtaking location on a beautiful island was the highlight of our honeymoon. The staff provided world class service at this hidden gem retreat and made us feel like royalty. We loved all of the activities, especially exploring the wildlife on the island and joining the rest of the guests around the fire at night to enjoy a glass of...

Beautiful setting of the camp. The staff welcomed us very warmly and friendly. We only stayed over one night and wish we never went home. Great experience and the most friendliest staff ever! Great food and lovely accommodation which is very clean and cool. Will go back any day!

A wonderful retreat after a couple of weeks on safari around Tanzania and taking the time to get out on the water to see not only the familiar sights, but to get to see a small herd of elephants swimming off the beach was rather special. The chimps were still being habituated so not ready to receive guests and there...

We had three very comfortable rooms, with everything we could need. We were well looked after by helpful and friendly staff. Everyone enjoyed themselves, the cooking was excellent - if a little excessive. Our guide was knowledgable and helpful and took us on exciting trips - lots of elephants, didn't see the chimpanzees, bird/croc-watching, and some went for successful fishing...

Having visited Asilia camps before, I had high expectations and we were not disappointed. We spent a weekend in this beautiful camp and we had entire place to ourselves for 2 out of the 3 nights. The camp offers great isolation and is located on a lovely stretch of beach and surrounded by forest. The cottages are very comfortable and...

We spent 4 days at Rubondo's and had a great time discovering the island, the lake shore and doing a walking safari. The hospitality was outstanding. We particularly loved the conversation we had by the fire on the beach before dinner, where we could talk with Daniel and his staff. We joked, talked about more serious subjects and could feel...
