This past weekend I had the pleasure of staying at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter. The reason for my visit to Cincinnati which was for a Bengals game. I arrived on Saturday afternoon and I was greeted by Cheryl at the front desk who was absolutely amazing. She greeted me and said welcome in and asked where I was coming in from and why I am in town. Once she learned this was my first time in town she gave me great recommendations on what to do. Cheryl really set the tone for a great stay! My room 1212 was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and modern and the view was spectacular. You could see the entire Cincinnati skyline . On our first night at the hotel we had dinner at the restaurant. Ashley served our table and she was very professional and hospitable in everyway. The food was delicious. We had the wings and I had the salmon and it came with sweet potato mash which I love! Thank you Ashley for the great dining experience ! After dinner we just relaxed in the lobby as the lobby has TV's and everyone was watching the games. A lady by the name of Keisha came up to us and just asked how our stay was going and if we needed anything. Keisha works in housekeeping and she said how much she loves her job and her guests. It truly showed not only to us but the other guests she interacted with. Thank you Keisha for the conversation! The next morning we met Betty at the front desk. Betty was very hospitable and helped me open up a pack of Advil that seemed to not want to open from the market. Thank you Betty for your help and for the conversation! Breakfast is fantastic the buffet has so many great options and the service was great. We met Wyatt who was in the dining area he struck up conversation with us just asking about our stay and he noticed we where going to the game and we chatted about that. Very personable and professional. The entire stay at the Marriott was fantastic. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when your travels bring you to the area. You will find a beautiful hotel in a great location and that the staff will make your stay unforgettable as they did for us. Thank you to the entire Marriott at RiverCenter team for a great stay! Best, Peter Wenzell…
I was the planner for an international convention in Covington and the Marriott was the host hotel. The staff was outstanding and hospitality was everywhere. Connected to the Northern Kentucky Convention Center, the hotel was most convenient not only to the convention center but the Cincinnati ballpark.
The Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter is first class in every way possible. I flew in for a Bengals game and I had the opportunity to stay at the Marriott at RiverCenter. I arrived early on a Saturday as my flight got in early and they had my room ready. Betty
Lovely location, wonderful staff, and only a few complaints. The breakfast was rather tired and the waffles actually seemed pre-made, frozen and then defrosted. At 20 dollars for each of us, that was a bit much. There was only one server taking care of the entire Atrium. Helene was very accommodating to us for our room needs. We were situated in 1508. Thank you. Would lo e to hear back from you. Sincerely, Alice E Bollaci. Haddad
While valet parking was impossible (there was a wedding that night), and the parking garage underneath the facility was full, as apparently people come for Bengals games and then just walk across the bridge! We were lucky with our river front room with balcony, as we were able to see the Jumbotron from bed! AMAZING! The room was unremarkable otherwise, as the fridge door didn't seem to close properly, and there was no tub. However, the king-sized bed was so comfortable, I fell asleep before half time, and then had to wake up again when the game resumed. I was thrilled with the view from the walk-out balcony, day and night, and sent my kids a couple pictures of the stadium and the skyline. We just stayed one night, but I felt like it was our honeymoon, given the gorgeous view and comfy bed. Hauling luggage across the street to the parking garage at the nearby Suites was less charming. Overall, I'd stay again, only not when the Bengals are playing! Parking was $12, but don't know the room cost as we paid with Marriott points, using the points also to upgrade to river view with balcony.…
I have never seen one hotel screw up so many things having to do with my nephews wedding. Very overpriced for the services. Playing games regarding room availability and then jacking up the prices for the block of rooms for wedding guests. Elevators not working so longggggg wait times. Terrible breakfast buffet for the money. Only one valet guy most of the time so once again longgggg wait times. Housekeeping not showing up. Very noisy during the night. Just all around a miserable stay.
Mobile checkin and notified room was ready early by text on my phone. Stayed on the 12 th floor with a river view. Room and view was Outstanding. Used hotel valet which was very convenient after a long drive. Had drinks and appetizers at the bar, shout out to Tim and Tia for their excellent service Mclub is pathetic, the breakfast fake eggs, some bacon and hard fruit. Marriott should just shut down the Mclub rather than halfwaymanage it.
Brandt Tiffany is an amazing General Manager and it is obvious he hand picks each and everyone of his staff for excellent customer service! LaKisha and Yaisha were absolutely amazing! My family and I were given the Ritz Carlton warm and friendly Customer Service! They both went above and beyond making us feel extra special from check in to check out! Thank you Marriott RiverCenter for a great stay! Susi Schwartz Kelch
we stayed here 1 night and went to a Reds game less than a mile walk across bridge to ball park restaurants splash pad great view of river from our 5th floor hotel was spotless hard wood floors in room i am very picky on a clean room --room was 5/5 would highly recommend !
We used points and our suite upgrade to stay here and we had an outstanding room with a balcony and view of the skyline. Nice, clean, and remodeled two years ago, this was a great place to start our trip to the Midwest. The service as we arrived was outstanding and we took a trolley to the Hard Rock Casino. Nice clean room with very comfortable bed. The place to stay whether you are going to a game or just visiting the area.
