Bathtub in our room # 229 had been patched. Ice machine on second floor wasnt working. Asked about this at Front Desk. Was told we fixed Ice machine on Ist floor,but not 2nd. One room on second floor was all gutted out and door standing open. Some rooms had cards,others had keys. Really this isnt 1975. First time I had stayed in a hotel with No elevator in years. I believe hotel needs to be closed and Given the Serious Uograding it needs.

Seems like the last few Quality Inns are not Quality at all. This place being one. In need of a renovation. The tub was falling apart stained or whatever. The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. Rust on the fire sprinklers. Stair way smelt like bad odor. My room smelt musty and was humid. Breakfast was so so. The ladies at the front desk were friendly tho when we checked in.

I stayed here overnight to do a 5K at the Kentucky Speedway. Some of the hotel doors were rundown and had doorknobs on them while others had key slots. The bathroom in our hotel was not clean, and when we turned the heat on (the room was 63 when we checked in and very cold), it smelled like the box was going to blow up. The only positive was that the beds appeared to be pretty clean which was my number one concern.

Checked in, went into room, door was not locked, air conditioner was on, bed looked like someone was laying on it. Found cigarette burns in the comforter, mouse poop on the window air unit , toilet paper on the bathroom floor. Went to desk and asked for a new room, this room was clean but toilet didn't flush. Worse place ever

This place needs major updates...smoke detector was gone...bath tub had been painted..paint chipping off laying in the drain..non smoking room had cigarette burns on the comforter..place was just dirty all around

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Dirty spots and stains all over toilet seat and tile and tub. Door barely locked in room 235. The hallway and stairwell smelled like cigarette smoke and body odor. Dirt all over the floor at bottom of stairs. Can’t believe I payed over 100 dollars for a night in that place. Not a family atmosphere. Don’t take your family here. Only suitable for lot lizards and drug addicts. This is not a joke nor am I trying to be funny. This place was awfully disgusting. I wouldn’t even let my children shower in the room at the Carrollton quality inn. The only positive thing was the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, they were great!

Spiders on the ceiling, centipede on the wall, inoperative electrical outlets, broken desk chair, flaking bath tub, no ice machine, odor in the room, shabby carpet, unkempt exterior, construction in the hallway. On a positive note, breakfast was good & the staff pleasant.
