We do NOT recommend this hotel. They quoted us a price, gave us a confirmation number and the name of the person booking the reservation. When we arrived, they were going to charge us $100 more than the quoted price. Even after talking to a manager on the phone, they would not honor the price we were quoted. The manager was extremely rude. If you dont like to be lied to, don't stay here.
I booked my room through Expedia, the pictures they have, the room looked beautiful and clean. When we got there the only thing clean were the sheets on the bed and clean towels. We were gone all day got back to the hotel around 11:30 pm noticed you could see out in the hallway from the door not fitting properly. Next morning we got up early and left hoping we would come back to a clean room. We were disappointed had the night shift clerk come look at it and we took pictures. The beds werent made the floors were dirty, they left 2 clean towels and wash cloths.
This is a basic hotel that appears to have been renovated within the last couple of years, but is showing signs of wear. The breakfast offerings were basic, and neither of the two vending machines was operating. However, the staff was polite and courteous, the bed was comfortable, and we had a decent stay.
My husband is working in Carrollton at the Nucor Steel, Me and our puppy Lily are tagging along. This is our best stay ever at Red Roof Inn, This is a great hotel, super clean and the staff here are top notch, 10 stars always :)
Newer Red Roof. Very clean room, but bathtub/shower stopper was broken and wouldnt stay open, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. Front desk lady was nice. Four fast food restaurants and one mexican place that charges extra for takeout orders within 2 minute walk.
With everything going on right now we were scared about travelling. We had to meet our grandbabies and could not leave our Burnaby home. We were so blessed to find the Red Roof Inn accepts all family members. The room was so nice and clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. We were tired and stressed on our trip from Memphis TN to Cleveland OH. So thank you for making our trip comfortable. Sincerely, The Allred's
We tend to travel alot and decided to give this place a try.Very glad we did, room was clean and spacious. Lady at the desk was very helpful when asked about a place for dinner. We will be back to stay again!
The staff was friendly but the room needed updated. The cleaning staff didn't actually clean the room every day I was there nor refill every. The outlets sparked when items was plugged into. The worst was my Mother woke up to a roach in bed with her. I do have a photo and did report all of this to them. They offered to clean the room really well or move to another room. We would've went to another Hotel but all was booked and was in town for a Funeral. No offer for a refund either.
Stayed here on our Big 2019 Road trip. Couldn't find a mom n' pop motel in the area so we booked the Red Roof online. The room, especially the bathroom, was very spacious and clean, and looked recently remodeled. Staff was very friendly. We're not usually big fans of indoor-corridor motels, but the property does offer free bell carts for use.
This hotel was horrible. Water stains on ceiling and walls Toilet ran all night and the bathtub dripped constantly. We were accused of smoking in the room which we did not. We asked Leann to come in the room and check but she wouldn't come. A total mess. From what I read on other reviews (after the fact) this seems to happen often at this hotel.
