If you like B&B's that are located away from town and traffic, this is a place for you. The inn is noted as a "Green" property. We felt the accommodations were comfortable and clean. The Lee room is very large with a spacious bathroom. Morning breakfast was included and allowed some options for food choices. The food was plentiful and...

My husband and I spent the weekend hiking the pinnacles and couldn't have chosen a more perfect B and B. Our room and bathroom were large and clean. Our host, Ira Bates, was a kind and knowledgable man. He offered stimulating breakfast conversation and created a breakfast just for us. My husband loved the strawberry and cream cheese stuffed French...

We read the great reviews and expected more than we received. We never had the chance to enjoy the view from the front porch as it had cigarette smokers sitting there our entire visit. The view from our room was trees. The room was clean, but had seen better days. Our mattress sagged and we didn't sleep well at all....

My wife and I chose the Pinnacle View Inn because of what we read about the beautiful view, the gorgeous facilities and, of course, the lavish breakfast. We were not disappointed. Add to that the friendly and knowledgeable owner, Dr. Ira Bates, and you have the added opportunity for interesting conversations (if you like) about the past, present, and future...

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable rooms with nice beds. Host was very friendly and told great stories. Breakfast was huge and good, way more food than we could eat. Location was secluded, about 15 min from 75.

My husband and I had a very peaceful and relaxing weekend at the Pinnacle View Inn. The location was perfect for us, only 10 minutes to Berea and about 15 to Richmond. The breakfast was amazing! I recommend the butter pecan pancakes. Overall it was a great stay ans we will definitely be back.

I feel like a fat, lazy cat-thoroughly satisfied and completely exhausted. Our getaway weekend to Berea, KY was everything we had hoped for. I love seeing people creating and being passionate about their creations. Of course, it never hurts to throw a little shopping in there too! Should you ever decide to go there, you absolutely MUST stay at the...

Spent a quiet night here while traveling. It is close to Berea and I-75 yet is secluded in the country with a great view of the mountains. Lots of places to hike and explore nearby although we did not because we were on the way home. The breakfast was outstanding and the host was charming and very welcoming. They had...
