The staffs were so helpful, friendly, and very responsive to the customer. We booked the room (deluxe room) in short notice, and arrived at the hotel almost midnight, but the receptionist was patiently waiting for us in the terrace to welcome us. They also provided us an iron when we needed in the morning. The restaurant staffs were also very...

I stayed in the hotel for four nights with family. We booked two rooms through the Airy network. The hotel was nice with a quaint Javanese architecture with a touch of Balinese here and there. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also clean, but the shower may run out of hot water in the morning or evening--when...

My staff booked this hotel, obviously without checking any online reviews. I came just to found smelly room and dirty furniture. Then I upgraded the room to the highest room they had and still the dirty room. Ugh, worst experience in Jogja so far. Good thing I only had to stay for 1 night.

The laundry service outside the hotel was very cheap. Lots of local food choices around the area and they were very cheap too. I would rate...

The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and clean, the air-con and wifi worked well and it was located on a quiet back street which meant that the noise level was low and consequently we...

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area. Very good value hotel: clean , welcoming staff, unique decorated, nice pool and tasty food. Highly recommended if you want to stay in quiet place. If I were to return to Jogja, I will definitely return to Rumah Palagan! Thank's Rumah Palagan !
