The Pench International hospitality made us feel on top of the world. For the first time of my 15 years travel experience I have no words to explain; really outstanding.......!!! Hats off to the entire staff who have taken well care of us...and given us 5 star faculty. Right from the reservation till our send off we were treated like a king. This is a newly launched property with luxurious cottages with Jacuzzi in all rooms.cottages are designed very attractive with beautiful bathrooms,balcony and interiors.They have taken care of small-small things while construction to make guest feel really at 5 star property. Variety of delicious food and spreaded buffet makes you hungry even if you are done with your meal. They have a water park also but we couldn't enjoy due to covid. Overall it was a fantastic experience at "The Pench International" Thank you so much to the management and entire staff. Regards.

I booked the resort last weekends and it was really very nice decision after the 2 months lockdown. We got the nice hospitality from the team pench international. The best part is they serve the pure vegetarian food with 100% hygenience and of course delicious. We were very happy with the personalised service of their staff. Right from our first interaction, mr. Shiva during booking has been a great . During our correspondence he was prompt and informative. This property is perfect luxury in the middle of nature. The look & feel of the place is kept true to it's environment. We stayed in the luxury Room, which were spacious, well designed, aesthetically beautiful, very clean, great shower & comfortable beds. Our room had a lake view & a bird watcher's delight in the morning. The food experience here was one I will carry back with me, from the most delicious Indian flavours to perfect continental recipes. Our experience was further made memorable by the staffs warm, thoughtful & considerate approach to the guests. Mr Ashish, a considerate and pleasant restaurant manager, leads a very happy and well trained staff, who never turned down one request of ours & took care of all our needs & wants. All of them went beyond to take care of us. Our safaris were well planned by them in good conditioned vehicles & accompanied by their in house naturalist. Their incredible stories about their experiences in the jungle will make you want to return back! Mr. Shiva who was overseeing the property here set up a beautiful bonfire with lanterns and chairs etc, got the most beautiful candel light dinner prepared by the housekeeping staff This is what all holiday experiences should be!

You will get attracted to this property through beautiful images. But services are pathetic.
For each service you have to call housekeeping twice and thrice then they supply your need.
99% times jacuzzi won't work. Either hot water issue or leakage issue or function operation issue.
Staff is very rude.
You won't get room ready at check-in time.
We stayed at monsoon season. Even we didn't get hotwater for bathing. We asked for 3hours and still didn't got it. Finally we with my 5 year old son bathed with cold water.
Mr Tiwari manager doesn't have any regret about it.
We stayed for 2 night and 3 days. First day room check-in was delayed. Second day there was a short circuit in our room. Curtain got fired. Hence they changed our room and within the next 2 hours our previous room which had fired allocated to other customer. No safety precautions were followed.
They are charging 10k with food and giving services like 3k dharamshala.
Swimming pool was not clean. Waterpark was stinking.
Kids stomach got disturbed due to unclean swimming water.
Never ever stay in this resort.

The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment

I am a very positive person and always love appreciating things around me. But My experience at Pench International is making me write such a negative review as it might have harmed my 5YO child. We booked Pench International looking at the reviews we read online. We spent the day at our jungle safari and when we went fir dinner at 8pm as my child was hungry, they said that the food will take 39-45 minutes and we cannot do anything about that. This was very rude and against the etiquettes hospitality business. But, we were vacating after a long time, so we just ignored and waited.
The room was good but full of lizards and rats. The rats kept running in the room and on the curtains. We made a complaint but the staff could do nothing. There were rats in the fridge as well. They nibbled of my child’s formula milk and the worst experience was when we switched off the light to sleep, a rat bit me on my finger tip. I was horrified, I could take this for me but couldn’t even imagine this happening to my child. We had to leave the resort around midnight for 2/3 hours to reach back home. The staff had no apology, no regret. We made out complaints to Mr Shiva and Mr Tiwari (the Manager)
We never got any call or an apology which made us get even stronger thoughts of writing this review.

The Pench International resort offers a wide range of facilities such as swimming pools, family gaming hall, jacuzzi , restaurants, etc. The swimming pool stood out for being well-maintained and easily accessible. The food in the restaurant was particularly impressive.
The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with comfortable bedding, cleanliness. There were 2 bathrooms in a suite which were well maintained, one of them with jacuzzi ensuring comfort and relaxation during the stay.
The resort’s dining options were exceptional. The restaurant offered a wide variety of vegetarian cuisines, including mushroom masala, at-least one paneer dish in every meal. The food quality was high, and the staff were attentive. We got to see tigers in safari which was arranged by hotel management during last minute. Staff at the resort were friendly and professional.
I would love to stay in resort again with Ashish and Pooja as great host.

It's was superbly outstanding experience ever in any jungle resort.It's very peaceful inside nature of jungle with huge property. Cottage rooms are very clean and sanitized properly very impressive interior of each rooms and room service and food service very fast. Staff are very polite and professional. Food🍽️ was very tasty.
