My Dad and I came for a one night stay back in July. Kaye and her husband couldn't have been more accommodating. We were greeted at the door with a warm smile and immediately felt very at home. The cottage B&B is set in beautiful surroundings- very rural and beautiful on farm land. Chickens roam freely and the sheep in... More

I stayed at Mill Farm in September with my daughter. I found the accommodation delightful, breakfast perfect and the hosts charming and extremely helpful. I will definitely be returning. The accommodation is close to the M1 and Milton Keynes but is blissfully rural with quaint towns in the vicinity. The hosts were very accommodating as I had a late arrival... More

The rooms were nicely furnished and clean. The dining area looked out into the garden and there was also a comfortable sitting room, all very relaxing. The gardens were lovely, also the walks around the farm down to the river and access to the 3 Shires way, the sunset was spectacular. Plenty of choice for breakfast. I would definately visit... I spent many weeks at Mill Farm whilst working in Milton Keynes. Lovely to be treated so well and to be made to feel at home. Beautiful setting and your able to enjoy the fabulous gardens to your hearts content. Mill Farm is in a quiet location but shops and pubs abound in nearby Newport Pagnell. Breakfast was always perfect... More

We had a friends party and we were looking for somewhere affordable and close to the town. We had a really lovely time at Mill Farm Bed and Breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delivered! I had only booked a single bed but was upgraded to a twin! Would absolutely stay again!

A very warm welcome was received by Kaye and her husband which was most appreciated as I arrived much later than planned due to some difficulty with my Satnav. Having got lost in the next village, I also managed to get my car stuck on a verge and was unable to retrieve the situation without the very kind assistance of... More

It is a year since we last stayed at Mill Farm, a warm welcome from Kaye and a clean room, with lovely little terrace. The breakfasts were delicious, the surroundings peaceful, with some very friendly sheep to greet us each evening! We will be staying again next year.

We have stayed at Mill Farm once a year when we attend an event at Stoke Bruerne. The welcome is friendly, the breakfast fantastic, our room really comfortable. We always have the room at the side, away from the man house, as we have a dog. There is a little courtyard a the back of the room, lovely on a... More
