Very spacious suite perfect for a family. We always get a 2 queen bed suite with a trundle bed under the couch so our family of 5 can spread out. Clean rooms and quality shampoos and lotions. Comfortable beds. Nice view of the river from...More
Great location near Mass St. That's where the positives stop.
We first walked into a "Welcome to Lawerence" with a row of dead Poinsettias in the entrance hall.
The front desk staff was as utterly careless as possible. They would rather be anywhere but there....More

Thank you for sharing your concerns. I have printed your comments and shared them with all of our staff, as a learning opportunity, to ensure that these issues do not occur again. Our apologies for the issues you encountered during your stay.
Our family had 4 rooms for our holiday gathering. Heidi Champagne, the General Manager, was a magician at check-in, making certain our rooms were as conveniently and strategically as possible, and that we received all available discounts. This hotel is in a transformed shopping center...More

I chose this hotel for it's location. It's close to my friends' residence. It's convenience to downtown Lawrence is good. Parking is free and ample.

Hello Caroline B,
Our swimming pool is open from 7am to 10pm. It is accessible by you guest room key. Our pool is not located in an area that can cause noise concerns for other guests so we are not strict on closing it at 10pm but we typically turn off the lights at 11pm. Most hotels that have posted hours on the pool, do them for noise purposes and the comfort of other guests. Our indoor, heated, pool and hot tub are located on the ground floor in hour atrium and away from our guest rooms.
Hope this helps,
