Andrewd's review is of a different hotel named Hotel Victoria. The room tip about views of rapid rivers and millraces refers to some bucolic landscape. This town, Victoria is a communist era industrial town. The buildings are grim but the tree lined roads are pleasant enough if you do find yourself here. We stayed and ate in this hotel on...

The rooms are clean. Also the staff of the hotel are so calm and they gave me more info about that city. I was there just for one night. To be honest with you guys, on the last floor of the hotel, it was a little bit cold. The restaurant is wide and clean.

After staying in many hotels in Romania over the years it has to be said that the hotels are now very good. However the moment you drive into the large car park and see the beautiful building that is the Hotel Victoria you know that this is going to be a good stay.
