Good for a one night stay... Everything looks very new, and everything looks pristine clean. All good on that front. Two things worth pointing out- the inn sits on the corner of some busy(ish) roads, so noise could be an issue in summer with windows open. (Our room overlooked a lawnmower repair centre, so an afternoon nap was cut short...

My room was very spacious, modern and well laid out. The bathroom had a great digital powerful shower. Everything was spotlessly clean - fantastic really. Exceptional food (dinner and breakfast) and great staff.

We spent just one night here, two gents on our way to a countryside wedding. We were warmly welcomed by efficient staff, the bar doubles as check-in. Amazing to see how the old Inn has been converted to a state-of-the-art modern boutique hotel featuring just eight spacious modern rooms, a seriously good restaurant and a small social area/bar (i.e. not...

The Buxted Inn has very modern, well equipped rooms all decorated to a very high standard. The bar area is quite small and was not the cozy village pub we were expecting, with a very large percentage of the pub is set up as the restaurant. However this did not detract from anything during our stay. The food in the...

Stayed at other Inn's throughout the country but this one beats them all. Got the feel of a pub but yet it has not been spoilt by modernisation yet the rooms would give any five star a run for their money.

Had a lovely stay at The Buxted inn. We only stayed for one night but were made to feel extremely welcome. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given help with taxis and allowed early check in with no trouble at al. Rooms are very clean and modern with fabulous little gadget extras that were a lovely touch!...

The outside of the Buxted Inn looks like a tradional old pub / b&b, inside it is all modern decor. The rooms are on the small side, but decent enough with 30 inch Samsung TV's on the wall. Room decor is basic, but fresh and clean. A few nice touches in the room I was in - a steel tabletop...

We spent one night here on our travels around southeast England. This was the smallest and noisiest and the most refurbished room we encountered in our seven nights' trip. In addition to the double bed with two nightstands, there was a very small desk, chair, wardrobe area with safe and fixings for tea/coffee, and a small TV. Lighting was excellent....

Staff friendly and efficient - excellent. Breakfast very good. Everything you need available in the rooms and very clean. Great value for money. Only minor comment would be to have the external door to the rooms spring loaded so it shuts automatically.

M 68 and J 70 stayed 1 night in room 5. The room was spotless and very well presented. The bathroom was well fitted and made excellent use of the space available. We were particularly pleased with the big walk in shower. Two minor points, the toilet roll holder placed to the right of the loo is in completely the...
