For starters, it took forever to check in. Only one staffer on hand, moving very slowly, and there were 3 parties waiting to check in. The room seemed like it was recently re-done, so it looked OK. The work area was nice, with lots of...More

After ringing the hotel from the hotline in the arrivals hall at the airport, they said they'd be there in 10 mins. We waited for an hour, but no one showed, so we rang again. Same story, they said 10 mins. 20 mins later, a mid-sized sedan stopped in the bus lane and the driver asked if we were the ones who asked for the shuttle to the hotel. We said yes, and hopped in. By this time there were 3 other couples wanting to go there, but obviously they weren't gonna fit, so the driver had to make 4 round trips. I asked him what happened to the shuttle bus which was advertised on their website. He just laughed and said "oh, um, the shuttles ... yeah, we got 2 of 'em, but they're both undergoing maintenance".
Suggestion, if you don't have a hire car, catch a cab. Hotel is only 5 mins drive away.
