The location is very good. The cleanliness needs improvements. The rooms are large . Delux suit has 8 rooms that has valley facing . Food is costlier compared with any outside joint. Food taste is good.staff is polite . If the hotel is fully occupied then food order takes more than 50 mins thus you can plan accordingly.
Outside bonfire available @ cost the cost I found is very high compared to the arrangement done.
Wifi is not available . Only vodafone or jio network work @ slower connectivity.

The location for the hotel is too perfect. None of the hotels at chikhaldara has such a fantastic look from room. We can see almost all tourist points from room only. Go with deluxe rooms only if you want scenery. But the condition of those rooms was not good. But you will not get proper scenic view from super deluxe rooms. Food quality and taste was not to the extent. Food is much expensive too. But if you want only hilly location avoiding all such things then you can go with it.

Giving here a short summary:
Location:
Best location. Right at the mozari point.
Staff:
Very helpful and cooperative. They'l always greet you with a smile.
Rooms:
Spacious and clean. Book the deluxe a.c rooms. They're better than V.I.P rooms as they offer balcony with beautiful scenic views.
Food:
Not too good. Just ok. And Limited variety.
Deducted a mark just coz of food😄
How to reach:
a)Best to go by car.
b) Reach amravati or badnera(nearest station) by train and book a taxi or you can call the hotel they'l arrange it for you.
c) Morning and evening limited govmt buses runs from badnera to chikaldhara. you can enquire time from hotel staff.
Overall nice and peaceful stay. Single day is enough for sight seeing.

Apart from view from room, EVERYTHING was as worse as it could be.
1. The welcome was rude.
2. It took 2 hours for them to get the room cleaned. Cleaned was just an overstatement. All linen (bedsheets, pillow cover and towel) were stained and shabby. On being asked to replace, they bluntly denied saying that they don't have clean ones.
3. Restaurant service was too too slow. The used cutlery of previous guests were not even cleaned from adjacent tables.
4. For restaurant service. Even after calling out for stewards multiple times, they acted ignorant even after seeing.
5. Food was okayish in taste, but we all surely suffered from bad stomach during the entire stay. Paneer served was stale, sev bhaji and egg curry were too oily and with excessive spices.
6. Hospitality was no less than poor. We heard to no for every petty request we made. The staff gave reason that the management was poor.

I have been to this place in 2016 and 2018 and have had superb stay there. After this stay, we're surely not visiting this place ever again.
With all the bad points, also the best view could not bring us joy. Hope the management takes care and improves, the scope of which is endless.

I was in the property on 31/5/18. The beginning of our trip was only bad. The service was horrible. No hospitality at all. When I had asked for extra bed they said will just provide bed sheet on sofa cum bed, which was placed in the portico, which does not have ac. There is no security at all. On the website it is clearly mentioned that free breakfast will be provided, but they refused to give us breakfast. They charged even for making Maggie, which was provided by us just to cook in their kitchen. This was pathetic. Nothing in name of service. When we asked them to serve our dinner in the garden they refused to serve, they said they can serve it in the dinning room or in the room that’s it
Also charging so much for the room but there is no hot water kettle as well in the room, which is just a common amenity.
Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Please note this review is written from a U.S./Westerner lens. This may indeed be the best place to stay in the Chikhaldara area, as others have claimed. However... Although the staff was very friendly, my room looked like it had not been cleaned in a month. The bed was made, w/clean-ish sheets and a blanket. The blanket had a big stain on it, and the pillow (you could see a portion of it inside the pillow-case) was horrendously old/dirty (maybe moldy?). The counters and floors needed to be wiped down - super dusty/dirty. The bathroom did have a Western-style toilet (a plus, as this is not the case everywhere in this area), but there were also a couple of old, dirty buckets just sitting in the bathroom (why??). There was also a window next to the shower that was about 6 ft (2M) away from a window into the adjoining room's shower - I used shower hooks to hang a towel over the window, but I should not have had to MacGuyver a fix. They had a hot water heater for the shower (which had some kind of droppings attached to its side - bat, perhaps?), but there were no instructions on how to use it, and no information was given about this at the front desk upon check-in. After two days of cold showers, a fellow traveler clued me in on how to work it (turn on via an unmarked switch in the main room, then twist a lever and wait 30min for it to heat up before showering). There were also some tiny, tiny bugs on the wooden surfaces of the room, as well as in the bathroom (didn't notice them in/on the bed, thank goodness). These were moving about like an ant colony, only they were more the size of aphids. An annoyance, esp when I found them crawling on my toiletry items - yuck. The accommodations would have been acceptable if this had been cabins at a state park, w/no staff. But, this place was lousy with staff. If one person who knows how to clean had spent an hour cleaning this room, it would have made a big difference.
The location is nice, w/spectacular views of both sunrise and sunset. It is literally right next to Mozari Point - maybe a 100meter walk to the overlook. Lots of monkeys all around, and they appeared aggressive, so steer clear.
Concierge was very nice and helpful, but I think he had limited help from others who had very limited (if any) training in what it takes to run a nice, clean, welcoming establishment.

Among all the hotels in Chikhaldara I find this is the best place to stay. Though not in market but about one km away its worth a stay for two nights. There are about 2 VIP suits and 12 independent cottages offering 24 room accommodation. The rooms are of large size with independent entrance room for extra bed. There is 24 hours hot and cold water with intercom facility. The wifi is only at reception and restaurant and no internet facility. So if one wants to be away from busy life this is the best location to stay at. The food is excellent need to be order 15 minutes prior so one get fresh and steam hot food. Offers both veg and non veg good. Spreaded over a large area with beautiful garden and children play area good for family stay. One can see sun rise and sun set from every room having a large view of scenic beauty. Best place to stay when in Chikhaldara.
