Excellent location for visiting family. Plenty free parking at hotel. Room had everything we needed. Family room with sofa bed, extra bed and cot for baby. Plenty room considering we had baby buggy too. Plenty fresh towels. Soap dispenser at sink and bath/shower gel in bath. Very pleased we had a bath as was able to bathe the baby. Paid extra for Breakfast and 6 yr old ate free. If not booked in advance there is the option to have just continental which I always choose. Our 2nd visit here due to family visits but will definitely be back soon.
Ideally located for Ayrshire coast, Glasgow and the West of Scotland this Premier Inn is one of the better ones, IMHO. Always had a good experience when visiting it and this post Covid period was no different. Staff very helpful and attentive and with a wide range of eateries close by, you really can enjoy an evening or more here.
Had an great stay Premier inn newton mearns all the staff where friendly and lovely and the food was great. Hotel was very busy with many wedding guest and check-in was a but slow but the apologised and get us check in fast, room where lovely and clean.
Problems upon check in . Check in staff wasn't friendly . Rooms that we had booked wasn't available when we landed . Breakfast was lovely . Hotel was clean . 2 staff members were excellent . Which was marrion and Mark. Very disappointed at our 1st time staying here
Ideal place to spend the night for visiting family as well as sightseeing in Glasgow. I’d recommend this hotel to friends and family and will return again next time I’m in Scotland. Close to Silverburn shopping centre and The Burrell collection.
Stayed in hotel on outbound and return journeys to Ireland, picked mainly for location and the consistency of Premier Inns. Friendly welcome, simple check in, took advantage of the breakfast and dinner meal option, good value for money, nothing fancy but convenient and again, friendly service. Room is no different from any of the other Premier Inns but certainly adequate for the overnight stays. Wouldn't hesitate in staying here again, Waitrose and Tesco stores across the road and alternative eating places close by if required.
We were visiting my daughter who lives nearby but only has 2 bedrooms with a steep staircase and a high sided bath which would be unsafe for my mother-in-law so we booked her an accessible room at a nearby premier inn.
our party of 10 incl elderly, left disgusted after 3 hours awaiting two courses and trying to get drinks. But managers rudeness was simply unbelievable and is not describable here Avoid and advise others
We have stayed here before, pre-covid. It is handy for visiting family etc. The staff are great, very friendly. Hotel is in a good location. But the hotel is tired, it needs redecorated. Walls are different colours, plaster coming off the walls in the bathroom, the bath panel was rotten at the bottom in our room. It just needs updating. Housekeeping only comes in when asked, which is acceptable due to covid. Wifi isn’t great, we didn’t sign up for the premier one so cannot comment on that.
Clean & quiet room, comfy bed, and great service & food in the restaurant. Easy access from main routes and ample & safe parking. Staff in both the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Will be back again as a fair price for the stay.
