Clean and very well maintained! Lots of trails for walking. The full-hook up sites seemed older and have more old growth trees. However, the newer section with electric only hook-ups was nice. Site was very big - we were able to build a fire and enjoy it without disturbing neighbors!

Very impressive campground. This campground is very well kept and the campsites are large and nicely spaced apart. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the farmhouse and indian village in the park. There are very nice bike trails and walking trails. Camped in a motorhome. Will definitely plan another trip to this...

Very nice state park. Have camped here several times and always had a good stay. Did the waterpark this stay and was pleasantly surprised. My only wish would be more full hookup sites as well as more sites in general. Hard to get reservations most weekends

My family went camping at this park recently. This park is very clean. It has very big spaces to camp. It appears that each site has its own firepit and grill. Bathrooms are never far away. I suppose one "complaint" might be that the basketball court is quite far away from the camping area. There is also some construction going...

We visited this campground for the first time and were impressed with how nice all the facilities were. Our family of 3 (2 adults and one adult son) came with our two dogs in a tent trailer. We had spot 245 which is right across from the comfort station in the Savanna Loop which have electric hook up only. A...

This is one of the newest State Parks in Indiana. Since its opening, there have been many improvements making it one of the best family-friendly options for one-tank trips. Great recreational facilities including playgrounds, pool and slide, original farmstead for learning about agriculture, and miles of bike trails. The campground offers full-hook-ups and some with electricity only. Get them fast...

This is the first campground that I have been to that requires tents to be setup on gravel. They did not tell our group this when checking in. We were rudely told to move our tents after they were setup. No shade on the gravel pad!

My family LOVES this campground. Basketball courts, small water park with lazy river and pool and bike/walking trails. We try to come at least once during camping season. Sites are large and spacious and we love it here.

I stayed here for a couple of nights on two different occasions. The parking pads are all gravel and are pretty wide and deep. There are a number of pull-through spots. Full service is available. Many sites are more private than others, the ones towards the back are more open and non-private. The bath houses were clean, but the hot...

We stayed here mid-week as a one night stop and wow we were amazed! This is one of Indiana's newest state parks and it appears that they want to keep it looking that way! The park is very clean and well maintained. There are amenities here that a typical state park does not have. They have an aquatic center /...

“Sites are arranged in a curvy figure-8, and those nearest the camp front access are more private. Since this is a state park, night-time animals are "loose"--e.g., raccoons--so walk with a flashlight.”
