We spent two nights at West Baden Springs during the first week of January. The holiday crowd was gone, but the lovely holiday decorations remained. Our room was spacious, spotless, and quiet. We very much enjoyed opening the doors to our balcony and listening to the jazz trio playing in the atrium the first night we were there. Because of...

Husband and I took advantage of New Year's eve special booking. We've never been there only heard of it. I was driving in and as we were getting close to the hotel my husband exclaimed wow is this a castle or what this is fantastic looking. valet parking was a bit crowded but we were taken care of pretty quickly....

This beautiful property is reminiscent of a time long past. The current owners have invested "half a billion" supposedly. The building is a beautiful 1800's feat of engineering with a huge domed ceiling. The rooms are nice,,, but have the original bathtubs. That would be my only complaint on the rooms. The food is average to poor and prices are...

Unbelievable hotel very historic! Rooms were immaculate and beautifully furnished. Make sure to do a tour to fully appreciate this old majestic hotel. Disappointed with Sinclair's restaurant for dinner very limited menu. Food was very over priced for the quality.

This is such a neat hotel. Beautiful, one of a kind spot, such a nice retreat. Just an amazing place to relax. Staff is very friendly, one request would be to have a couple of gluten options for the restaurants, but otherwise it is a great spot.

This is a historic circular hotel with a huge atrium. You can just hang out in the atrium, get a drink, or dine. Half the rooms have windows or decks that look into the atrium. The grounds are beautiful. I wish I had more time to tell you more. Go to the website and see for yourself. I can't believe...

It's not inexpensive, but it's worth the cost for a once-in-a-lifetime travel back in time. The hotel has a fascinating history, and it is on display in this living history museum/hotel. Visiting over the holidays meant an opportunity to see the gigantic Christmas tree in the middle of the atrium, as well as providing a chance to take the kids...

The West Baden Springs Hotel exceeded my expectations. I knew the atrium would be gorgeous by all of the photos I had seen online. But it was even more grand than I expected! We enjoyed setting in the atrium to dine and listen to 3 musicians playing music. It was extra fun to see the gigantic Christmas tree in the...

The towels tell the tale. This grand place is like a trip in Mr. Peabody's "way-back machine"; complete with all the comforts of home (and then some). Walking through the beautiful 200 ft. atrium to the check-in desk lets you know you're in for a treat. Wasn't disappointed... Room was comfy, bed was comfy and towels were comfy. The big...
