We stayed here while in town for a Notre Dame game. The room and bathroom was clean, although you can tell the shower wasn't brand new. We felt safe staying in the room and weren't concerned about leaving our valuables in the room all day while we were out and about. The hotel is only about a mile and a...

This Inn is close to ND, very clean. I checked the reviews before we stayed. True!! The service at the front desk was excellent. We paid $82 on a none-game Friday night. I know it's more when there's a game. The mattress was a little too firm for me. And the breakfast was fresh & good!

Chose hotel based on other TripAdvisor reviews, and wasn't disappointed. This place isn't fancy by any means, but it's clean and comfortable. Rooms are basic, but appear to have been updated within the last year. For a typical two-story hotel right by the Toll Road, it was very quiet, too. Hotel manager could not have been friendlier. We didn't have...

Great location. Not too bad for the price. Breakfast was not the greatest. Service was good. I do prefer the Mariott branches, but nothing was available at the time. Noticed couple well behave pets. Even though we don't have any it was interesting to see them around and we didn't mind at all.

I stayed here for one night on a long drive across country. All of the other hotels in the area were sold out and I did not reserve in advance. The price seemed high (approx. $135 / night), but the room met my requirements for one night. It was quiet, clean and safe. This is a no-frills place.

I was looking for a clean room near enough to ND but not anywhere near the ND prices. I was anticipating a late night arrival and early morning departure. The room was clean but worn. The staff was friendly. Breakfast in the morning consisted of coffee, juice, cereal, waffles and a bowl with apples and bananas. If you are looking...

Very small room, one chair, cramped but pretty clean. Not quite a last resort but getting close. Breakfast can be passed by without pausing. Kindly manager. Located on a commercial street leading to ND so avoid game days. No amenities.

The room was average. It could use a little updating and vacuuming of the folds in the top part of the curtains as it was dusty, but for one night it was quite sufficient. Friendly innkeeper and accommodating. The breakfast was continental and adequate with toasts, cereal, sweet rolls and you could make your own waffle. Very close to Notre...

Family trip where our hotel stays were hit and run (a place to sleep and shower). The room had a stale smell that eventually went away after the A/C was turned on. It was a little cramped for four people even with smaller double beds. Breakfast was very basic. The hosts treated me fine. The room was clean. I picked...

We were looking for inexpensive stay for one night and chose Americas Best Value Inn. They are tucked between other buildings and we almost missed it. They have free wi-fi, HBO and breakfast. The breakfast was very limited to cereal, waffles, toast and sweet rolls. Decor outdated, but relatively clean. Bathroom was in good repair and clean. We had king...
