I forgot something in the room The owner of the hotel were very unpleasant Super rude and disgusting I will never come back there again! If I were you I would change the customer service your attitude and your tone & more then everything the demeanor especially if you are talking to strangers!
Staff are always very polite and courteous. I stay here all the time and have never had any issues. The owner all the way down to the maids are always very professional and they even treat my 8 yr old son like he’s family.
Staff or owners dislike 👎🏼 pets, guest with pets will be put in rooms designed as a kennel. The room is setup with the floor tile going up a foot & 1/2 on walls. I stayed once & never again. Pet owners beware of nasty attitudes toward you
Terrific hotel. Modern. Close to state roads and just off the interstate within 15 minutes from KY airport. Even if KY is your destination, I’d recommend the 15 minutes to This hotel. Quiet and very safe.
When I got there the place smelled really bad was very dirty my grandson was with me and he asked if the pool was open the man said no the health department had closed it didn't know how long it would be closed we looked at each other and said we do not want to stay here he took my card ran it back through people with lots of people have said to me they saw different things and I asked for a receipt and he said his machine was out of paper I asked for a confirmation number he said he did not have one he I would get my money back in 5 to 7 days it has been 11 days I have been trying over and over to work through booking.com and Travelodge to know recollection they told me to get an attorney and prove I didn't stay there even though my key was never used by me totally ridiculous I was also will dealing with a death at this time they sure didn't do anything to help my state…
Never will I ever stay here again horrible service it’s dirty and staff is beyond rude! Found a used needle wrapped in my bath towel. I told management/owner and he told me it had to have been mine because they clean and told me all I could do about it was complain and he wasn’t going to do anything for me.
Why would I never go to this motel again? Back in the day our family used to stay at Travelodges in the 70s and I had good memories and nostalgia of the bear with the night cap. HOWEVER THIS EXPERIENCE WAS BAD: Why? TV and/or remote didn’t work Fly flying around in room Wasn’t told about WiFi before entering room Unclean Outdated When I brought it to their attention at the front desk, they could care less.
Reserved a 1 bed room and got there and I was told they didn’t have any more rooms. Got put in a more expensive room but got charged more for it. Then got charged for the original room and the new room. Room was freezing and old.
The first room we were given had a hole in the wall, was next to the only other guest with a dog that barked through the wall at us, was freezing although our reservation said we would be arriving late in the evening and did not contain the requested extra pillows and towels. The room we were given after complaining had three keys that did not work. When we finally got into the room, it too was freezing and not convenient to parking. I was traveling with one small dog and two elderly people so I had to unload the car and move all of the luggage without assistance. Our room faced Interstate 65 although it sounded more like our beds were placed in the median of the highway. The registration clearly stated THREE adults and every day we were there we were given two wash clothes and towels. EVERY night we walked to the office to wait for someone to come out and notice us to get us an extra washcloth and towel. No one had prepped our room but after we asked for extras the first night, I expected adequate supplies for our daily needs. Two days our ice bucket was not emptied and no fresh bag was left; there was no lid for the ice bucket. The refrigerator/freezer was filthy!! There was blood from meat frozen into the floor of the freezer or someone had dismembered someone in the room and froze the body parts. And just when you try to wash your hands, the facet handle falls off in your hands although we all became adept at replacing it so the water could be turned back off! The base of the smoke alarm was firmly affixed to the ceiling and clearly did not contain a battery because the body of the smoke alarm was laying atop the heater/ac unit. This may have been to stop it from alarming due to the cigarette smoke that filled the NON-SMOKING room several times during our illustrious stay. I know the working parts of the smoke detector were there because when you needed to adjust the temperature of the room, you had to pick up the outside covering of the vent and put it back on the unit to be able to push the buttons and thus adjust the temperature. We started taking bets on "Does the key work tonight" on the drive back to our room. Four nights out of SIX (and yes, we stayed SIX nights at the Bates Motel due to the non-refundable status of our reservations) I had to trudge up to the office, wait for someone to come out and make us new keys. Seriously! On a six night pre-paid non-refundable reservation! This location only offers 2 double beds in their rooms with more than one bed which is exquisite torture for two adults and one small dog who is used to a king side bed. We chose this location as my son lives next door in an apartment complex, with it being January and the possibility of inclement weather, we thought we would have an acceptable stay. The economical cost of the room was acceptable until we were told it was an additional $90.00 for a 10 pound, non-shedding, totally housebroken dog who stayed with her brother at his apartment from 8AM-10PM each day. NEVER EVER AGAIN!…
Dirtiest place we've ever stayed. So filthy we didn't even take showers. The breakfast was a joke, everything gone by 7:30. The roofing crew started working right over our room at 7:00. These rooms should never have been occupied.
