Great rooms, excellent facilities, Very good service and extremely friendly yet professional staff! The staff made us feel welcomed and took care of every little need! Special mention to Akshay from the housekeeping team who made sure we had clean rooms and well stocked supplies each day despite us being a large group! He greeted us with a smile no matter how many times we asked him for cutlery/crockery or tea sachets as we had all senior citizens with us! Thankyou for making our stay memorable!

It was a great experience and loved it. Staff behaviour and infrastructure and Maintenance give me a positive ambience. Room was very clean and maintain. Didn't give me any reason to complain. Food was aslo nice. Food and beverage associates service was appreciated by all my colleagues. And special thanks to Mr Shripad for his service.

The whole experience was great. Also the hospitality experience that they provided was excellent. All the staff including the housekeeping, food and beverages were very punctual and behaved professional. Stayed here for about a week. Over pleasant experience. Was disappointed to find out that all twin bed rooms face the power lines, which are an eyesore. The washroom shower stall had several patches of mold - pretty disgusting. The room was very comfortable. Beds were great. Hotel staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful.

Not upto the mark..No support was there in conference hall.. mic was not working properly..so much noise was there in speaker.. thing left in BAR by mistakenly was misplaced or send for garbage box without crosscheck...pool side area was very unpleasant.

Buffet Meal ( specially breakfast) is bad. This is primarily for Business Travelers only. Only positive is the location right next to IT corridor in Hinjewadi. There are better options then this Hotel
