Ambience of the hotel is good but I would suggest not to go with the ambience. Service is very bad. No glass, no water in the room. Asked for a glass twice but no response. Washroom was not at all clean. Tv not in a working condition. Would never think about visiting this place again.

This hotel gives good service and staffs are polite. Charges are moderate and they offer complimentary breakfast. However tea/coffee quality needs to be improved as it is the first thing you want to have in the morning.

I have been staying in this property since last year & travelling alone been a girl needs a proper n safe hotel. I feel so comfortable in here & the plus point is that this hotel has a 24hrs check in/out policy which is you don’t have to wait if you arrive early. Rooms are clean and very soft bed, breakfast spread is also good so overall a must stay when in Raipur.

Poor service! The reception was rude and not willing to listen to our request for better room. They offered us single room saying there are no other rooms but I noticed most of rooms werw empty. It was new year eve and they put us in tiny confined space with barely any room to walk between beds and really awful bathroom with broken glass. It totally ruined our new year experience. Although it is budget hotel but not advised for couples. It seemed bit shady and rooms were not clean. Dirty sheets, crappy bathroom and tiny rooms! Need I say more. It surely seems like compromise even for pennies that it is worth!

This hotel is really a good one for business travellers though families could stay as well, the location is close to hinjewadi IT offices. It is surrounded by lot of small and big eateries. I stayed in a deluxe room but non a/c. Due to which I had tough time in the room since all the windows of the room was on the direction of the sun, in absence of AC, it becomes very hot. Centralised heating for bathing, no problem with that. Bathrooms and fittings are fine enough. Room is quite big and bed is good for a nice sleep. They need to improve a lot on food side, guess the chef hardly knows cooking. Do order from outside. They have a good table to work with lappy and some chairs are there too for visitors. Cable TV does not show any English channels only Hindi.Location is good, many buses ply and share autos are also there…

I had booked this hotel for a couple of days while I visited Pune on a business trip. It was a great value for money. The hotel management makes sure that the place is extremely neat and tidy at all times. The room was very good and the beds and other utilities were very clean and neat. My wife had accompanied me and she felt very safe to stay alone during the day when I had to attend some business meeting. A total value for money space! And their complementary breakfast is also good!

Rooms were ok. Food quality was poor as per the price quoted. Rude and mannerless staff. Staff was not properly trained. Banquet Hall was stinking due to nearby washrooms. Walls of Banquet Hall had seepage. They really need to focus on their room services and proper trained staff else this hotel is going for a toss.
