A decent 3 star hotel with amazing customer service
I spent 3 nights in this hotel and enjoyed my stay immensely. I would like to give credit to Roy on reception for providing the most incredible customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and Roy went to great lengths to make sure I got the best price for any tour or activity I did in Sreemangal. I've stayed in countless hotels over the decades and this was by far the best customer service I'd ever received. Definitely recommended.

Don't spoil your tour at Sremangal
We spent 2 Nights and 3 Days. Room Service was bad quality. But the worst part is check out time. They charged extra for nothing and terrorized us with thoer political power. All of us got paniced at that situation. Attached a photo of thier owner and staff. Be safe and try to find other hotel or resort.
