The room was clean and up to date. AC worked well. Beds were comfortable. Refrigerator was nice to have.
Breakfast was barely marginal. One waffle machine, cereal and toast. Again, I guess you get what you pay for. No complaints.

Sorry just giving my impression as the consumer. The room is worth $40-45/night on any night. It is never worth 70 so to try and fleece people on the weekend does not make the room better and worth more. The low rating is taking everything into consideration. Plus given there are nicer hotels with competitive pricing within walking distance to the Super8 your higher "weekend" price makes you the least value for that area.
I rate rooms cost adjusted, i.e. if you charge 40 I do not expect a "Marriott" bed. Had I paid 40 -50 I would have rated your hotel a 3star meaning an "ok" place for the money. For $70/night you are a 1star as a cost/value review
