The owners were super-friendly and you could tell that Paulina and Simon definitely put in the time on their place. This is not the Four Seasons and it could use some updates, but we're not talking about some huge corporate conglomerate cookie cutter hotel either....More

Do not stay here if you have discerning taste. This is a step above a roach motel! Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. Not clean, bad smells, unresponsive management. Spend the extra couple bucks on a nicer hotel.More

That one is simple,
You don't ask for your money back on second evening on your stay.
Check out time is 11am, not 5pm,. Partial refund was granted however, that was still not enough to badmouth a good standing business.

The room and bathroom was very clean, and we had fresh towels every day.
Very well kept pool.
It's minutes from the beach, Lighthouse Place and not far from New Buffalo, MI either.
