Despite being a Marriot rewards member was bumped out of hotel on checkin - was told the extra-ordinary condition was they had to make room for other guest. Moved across town. No compensation, terrible customer service or loyalty to members.

The name of the service is Tri State Coach. They just recently closed their Merrillville, IN stop. So, the next closest to us would stop in Highland, IN which is about 20 minutes from us. A cab would then be needed from the Highland stop to Residence Inn. They run at 15 minutes past the hour every hour and it would take approximately 65 minutes to arrive at the Highland stop.
